Adler Therapy Group is a cut ABOVE any PT group I have ever encountered! All the Therapist are highly trained and work with compassion! Especially Steve! He leads the Gainsborough practice. Steve really knows his craft! All aspects of PT are explained & supervised safely & under strict supervision! I felt safe, not overworked and received much progress! All of the therapist in the Gainsborough practice are just great and they make your therapy time fun and encouraging! I cannot speak more highly of Steve Sargol and the entire team at Adler Therapy Group. They made therapy fun while demanding strict adherence to exercise protocols, etc. I was seeing them for treatment of neuropathy and they provided great care and educated me on things I can continue to do on my own to sustain functional strength. I'll go back there if I ever need physical therapy again.

I cannot say enough about the physical therapy I received from Steve Sargol and Staci Fredrick at the Gainsborough Sq. location. When I first came to ATG, the pain in my shoulder was constant and debilitating, making everyday activities challenging. Staci not only listened carefully to my concerns but also tailored a comprehensive treatment plan specifically to my needs. Her expertise, patience, and dedication were evident at every session. She guided me through targeted exercises and treatments that brought some improvement. Even though she was unaware that I had two tears in the shoulder and bicep. Staci’s professionalism and positive attitude made every session enjoyable, and she always took the time to explain the “why” behind each exercise or technique. I’m beyond grateful for her work and would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a skilled, compassionate, and results-driven physical therapist. She’s truly amazing! Thanks Chesapeake Team. I love Adler Therapy Group. I’ve gone before in the past and made major progress with Becky. This time I went for my plantar fasciitis and my issues with my knees. My feet hurt so bad that I struggled to walk! Myah, Stacy, and Samantha were amazing!!! They were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They taught me stretches that I can do at home and now I no longer have plantar fasciitis!! I would totally recommend any of them to anyone who is struggling with body pain. *One nugget of feedback- I wish that I could call directly into the office that I’m going to instead of a central switchboard. There have been times where I needed to cancel an appointment or make changes, but couldn’t get through because the operator was flooded with phone calls-super annoying.

Steve is the bomb! He makes you feel relaxed and work with you through the exercises to make sure you're getting the most out of them. The rest of the staff is very friendly and welcoming!

TL;DR Stacy is awesome and she helped me get awesome too. I was referred to Alder therapy Group by my doc for hip/glute muscle pain. My walking gait was limited and my quality of life took a massive hit. I struggled when it came to anything involving my left hamstring. Dr. Sargol tested my range of motion and strength and needless to say I didn’t do great. BUT, upon going to my appointments I had the absolute privilege of working with the stellar Staci. She is a charismatic and motivating PTA that honestly made returning to my PT sessions enjoyable and with while. I regained the ability to move similar to how I used to. Staci, you are excellent. Astonishing. Dare I say, phenomenal? There are simply too many superlatives to describe your impact on my QoL. Rather than guarding my injury and walking on egg shells, you have given me the confidence I had lost that I needed to be active again. My humble ramblings will not do you justice. Thank you, Staci!! You are awesome.

Wasn't sure if PT was really gonna help my hip, leg and knee issues but am delighted that after several months of twice weekly visits my symptoms have subsided. Grateful to Steve, Stacy and Samantha (and Maya & Jess) in the Chesapeake (Gainsborough) office for helping me strengthen my muscles & get them working properly AND making it an enjoyable experience (for the most part ).
