Sean is incredibly patient and great at listening! He calmly walked us through every demonstration and was very smooth with his explanations and directions. He took the time to make sure we were all understanding and caught up before moving on. He frequently checked on each student to make sure we were ok and ready to move on to the next step! Great class

One of the best instructors I’ve ever been lucky enough to take a course with! Extremely knowledgeable and very well versed on the xactimate program! On top of that, he goes out of his way to add a curser icon so that people can follow along with the clicks he uses, and the cursor to allow us students see how to get to certain pages via a share screen, and a circle icon when he clicks so you know exactly what to click ( as their is many sub windows, tabs and folders for different actions in xactimate, which jus goes to show the level of thoughtfulness and true care for teaching us properly, that he brings to his courses and displayed for us during the entire course from start to finish! He made sure to include everyone in the conversation and practice exercises, but included us in a way that was very positive and not just to watch us fail and have no idea the answers, On top of that he was extremely extremely patient , and that most times is very hard with xactimate! He repeated himself several times and went over instructions and lessons several times and always welcomed questions and even comments, which he would often thank us and say “yea that’s a good question, il remember that for next class/course” Even when he jus explained for 10 minutes and someone that wasn’t paying attention asked to repeat, he did so without any sort of negative or annoyed manner, he simply just repeated himself yet again and made sure that everyone understood before he moved on with the lessons, always sacrificing his break time to help with any technical difficulties or even to go over anything anyone was struggling with Needless to say, you absolutely will NOT be disappointed, especially if your intimidated with complex apps and computers but you want to get certified for a pm job, I’d highly recommend and say that Sean is an excellent instructor especially for those beginners who are new to xactimate or even new / not good with computers, he will guide you to the success of passing your certification exam, His course and wealth of knowledge he shared allowed me to pass the certification exam and he will help you too! There are some sections where there are 2 voices talking at the same time and you can not understand what they are saying.

Regarding Xactimate level 1 and 2, I learned a lot taking this course. Sean was very patient and explained in great detail about Xactimate and answered my questions thoroughly. Sean Burgess is an amazing instructor! He took his time to make sure everyone in the class was set up before beginning class, also always made sure throughout the day that everyone’s connection was good. Everything throughout the course was explained in an easy to understand way. If someone was having a bit of difficulty he made sure to pause and help. Over the course of 3 days nothing was ever rushed nor did we go over the scheduled time. I highly recommend taking Xactimate class with Sean Burgess.
