I recently had a heat pump hot water system installed by EVO Plumbing, and overall I’m very happy with the service provided. I want to especially acknowledge Christian and Harry, who carried out the plumbing installation. They were highly professional, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced in their work. What stood out most was their attention to detail — they took the time to ensure everything was installed properly, neatly, and with care. The final setup looks clean and well thought out, and they kept the work area tidy throughout. It’s not often you come across tradespeople who take such pride in their work, and they are definitely a great asset to the company. On the electrical side, there was a minor issue where a small hole was left at the corner near my switchboard, along with some debris inside. While I understand the switchboard is older and more fragile, the finish from the electrical work was not to the same standard as the plumbing. That said, I contacted Tony to raise the concern, and I was very impressed with how quickly and professionally he responded. He listened carefully, took the issue seriously, and without hesitation arranged for the team to return and fix the problem. Christian and Harry came back promptly and resolved it, which I really appreciated. Overall, EVO Plumbing demonstrated strong customer service and accountability. Issues can happen in any job, but what matters is how they are handled — and in this case, Tony and his team were responsive, respectful, and willing to make things right, even for a relatively minor concern. I’m very satisfied with the outcome and would recommend EVO Plumbing for their professionalism, quality workmanship, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Had EvoPlumb install two iStore heat pump hot water systems at the property. Job was done quickly and efficiently. Turned up on time, no issues, everything working as it should. Pretty straightforward experience.

Evoplumb is the partner of the electrician who recommended I disconnect the gas from my oven. They did a fast job and suggested installing a heat pump water heater to save on electricity. The team finished the work within one day and did a great job cleaning up all the rubbish afterward. They even set up the connection for my dishwasher. Everything looks nice and the quality is excellent. I definitely recommend Evoplumb!
