A most professional and efficient service. There couldn’t be any better company than this. I looked at the reviews first as my solicitor had recommended a company they usually deal with. However West Country Bailiffs replied with a quote and reassuring email immediately. The other company took five days to reply so it was obvious to me which company was the more efficient. Jon at WCB was so helpful that I immediately felt confident and that at last my life would be easier having had this shadow of a very unpleasant tenant who wouldn't allow anyone access for inspection and who failed to pay rent (amongst other things) hanging over me. The Bailiff met me at the property, at the agreed time with the locksmith. They were both so kind and pleasant. I didn't really have to be there apart from handing over keys, although the tenant had changed the locks so they had to be drilled out. This was a commercial property we'd had in the family and let for over seventy years without any problems. No lights were showing as should have been the case for a commercial property at that time of day. However we found the tenant inside obviously living there full time. His belligerence was quickly and skilfully quashed by the Bailiff and he was evicted there and then. Years of upset and worry we're lifted. Cai the Bailiff was so kind and obviously in control. He just dealt with everything. I already have photos of the place internally sent to me for my records (the eviction only happened last night) and the tenant now has seven days to clear his goods under supervision of WCB. I will then visit with the Bailiff to go over everything on site. I couldn't have hoped for better. Look no further than WCB. They will be your saviour!
