A beautiful weekend/ end to the summer in the woods! It wasn’t our first time at Warrensburg campground/travel park and it won’t be our last. We’ve been frequenting this campground when in the Lake George area for years. It’s nearby all of the attractions and not far from town at all. The owners are friendly and accommodating. This location has tons of playground equipment for kids, a pool in the summertime, and a beach sanded area right on the Schroon river to swim in. I must say the mosquitos were intense this year around perhaps because of the time of year so bring bug spray and pants.

We have been seasonal campers for 7 yrs, we researched for months before putting our RV here. This park offered more and on a larger site. The park is kept safe for us and our grandkids to enjoy the many included activities. Karl and the staff are friendly and helpful, as well as the fellow campers.

My family was camping for the first time there the 4th of July weekend and invited us to visit! I honestly thought that it was gonna be a boring visit as we have 2 young children (5&2) who don’t like to just sit but boy was I wrong! They had so much to do and it was VERY VERY clean and everyone was so friendly! From the pool (with lots of umbrellas for shade) to pony rides to rock climbing, 2 play grounds, arcade room, VR games mini golf, wagon rides, the river, painting, a band, a bounce water slide I mean I could go on about everything they had for the family to do and it cost absolutely NOTHING!! The site they were on was very roomy even with their 2 big tents, a screen house and all the chairs set up! We enjoyed ourselves for the day that we plan on taking a trip next year to camp ourselves for the first time! It was absolutely by far the BEST campground I have been too in all my years of camping!!

Warrensburg travel park was amazing this weekend. Great activities for the kids. Horse rides , water slides, rock climbing. Hay rides, virtual reality ride, catering, food trucks , ice cream truck. For the Adults they had 3 nights of live entertainment , Had an Elvis Dj by the pool doing karaoke .Tubing down the Schroon river. Could ask for a better time. The staff goes out of the way for you. The owner Karl was on site all weekend helping out
