On-Time Pool Service took over my pool service and has been fantastic. They have repaired and are installing new equipment. They have very knowledgeable technicians and are very customer oriented. I would highly recommend them.

They leave notes every week letting me know if anything needs to be done that the pool is in great shape, etc. The customer service is outstanding! We recently switched our services from another company to On-Time Pool Service. I was very pleased from the beginning. First, the owner Kirk came out and took a look at our pool and gave me an in-depth tutorial of all the workings of the pool. I'm from Michigan so I didn't know what any of the mechanics of the pool were (I.e. Pool pump, heater, timer, filter area etc). He explained in great detail and was able to answer all questions. They service my pool weekly and leave us a card with what they did each week. I'm very pleased with this company and would recommend it to anyone in the area.

So grateful to this company! We had landscapers damage a pipe from our pool to the pump. Water was leaking out from the pool into the yard. Leslie was very helpful and sent Justin out that same day to inspect the situation. It turns out there was damage so Leslie set me up with their plumber. He is scheduled to come repair the damage in just a few days. I will definitely use this company again when the need arises!
