From start to finish, this company exceeded all expectations in transforming the lighting around our home. Jerry took the time to walk the entire property, carefully listening to our vision. He then offered thoughtful suggestions that enhanced the overall design, tactfully tapering things down where needed. We had Creative Nightscapes remove all of our former exterior lights and install new ones in January 2022. I thought their price was fair, they understood what I wanted done, and they arrived on time and cleaned up well. What brought me to write a review is the level of customer service that I've received in the last 3 years. Every once in a while, we'll have a bulb burn out, or a light will get knocked over. They have guaranteed all of their work so far, and have been quick and friendly when coming out to address. Every time I have a minor issue, they check out every light and usually find issues I didn't even notice that they promptly fix. Any company can install lights- use this company for the customer service years later!!!!
