I bought a brand new Bechstein baby grand from Piano Vertu. Maxine was super helpful and eagerly worked through several logistical challenges to make it happen, including arranging for delivery in USA. He and his staff are friendly and accommodating and the shop was a delight to visit. Great to work with and excellent communicators. Best of all I love my new piano. I highly recommend!
