Nurse Briana is truly exceptional. She has an incredibly light hand, takes her time, and is extremely attentive to every concern, question, and pre/post-procedure detail. My CO2 laser treatment with her was handled with such precision and care, and the results have been amazing. The face filler she did for me looks more than natural - exactly the kind of subtle, beautiful result every woman hopes for. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and her clients. I wouldn’t trust my skin with anyone else and I’m always looking forward to seeing her again for years to come! Jessica at the front desk is wonderful. I’m so glad I stumbled upon Avalon Laser in Carlsbad. I’ve been getting Botox, PRP treatments, and facials for years at different med spas, so I’ve had plenty of experiences to compare. This was my first visit here, and I was extremely impressed. Brianna, the RN who did my Botox, was amazing. She took the time to really assess my face and what I actually needed instead of just using a standard number of units. I ended up needing about half the Botox I had been getting at other places, and it was also about half the price. The results look incredibly natural and honestly better than what I’ve had done elsewhere. I also just had a microneedling facial and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The treatment was professional and comfortable. Jessica at the front desk is wonderful as well. She’s incredibly patient, friendly, and very helpful when it comes to scheduling and working with you on pricing. If you’re looking for Botox, microneedling, PRP, or a great med spa in Carlsbad, I highly recommend Avalon Laser. I’m really happy I found this place and will definitely be coming back.

I came to Dr Tirgari with a botched surgery; after having been turned away, given inflated estimates, and even been insulted by other doctors, with Dr Tirgari I felt like I was talking to one of the star doctors from the Botched tv show, he was just as empathetic and kind. He helped me, did a great improvement and did not overcharge me.

Every treatment, Chelsea has been amazing and beyond thorough. I ask a lot of questions and she’s always made me feel so comfortable and confident in my results. Everyone at this location has been friendly, knowledgeable, and beyond welcoming. Highly recommend them!

From the moment you walk in and Jessica greets you, you immediately feel welcome. The lobby is inviting and relaxing and each treatment room is clean and comfortable. All of the nurses are amazing and make the appointments fun and relaxing. They ensure you are doing okay throughout the session and remind you that “spicy” means it’s working! Avalon Laser in Carlsbad is amazing and I only wish I’d found it years earlier! Check it out- you will not be disappointed!
