Mike is awesome. I’ve used him a few times over the past 10 years and he is super knowledgeable and gives you the most cost efficient options. I recently had my tankless hot water heater flushed and he asked to also check/clean all of my faucet’s for flow after the flush. I have never had a company check my faucets after a flush. He cleaned the debris out and also helped with locating some replacement cartridges for the faucets. He definitely did not have to do this, but as a small business owner, he wants to retain his clients for the future. I would never hesitate calling Suncoast Plumbing for any work that I need done. Mike came out and cleared some of our drains. He was very professional and very helpful. In talking to him we became aware that our water heater was original to the home and therefore about 10 years past its best working dates. We decided to have him come back and change it out for us. 11/25/2025, Michael (Mike) of Suncoast Plumbing interrupted his busy schedule and evaluate the water leak that was in my front ward. He crawled under the house and found several other problems. He gave me an overview of the situation and the choices I could take to solve the complete problem. He worked me into his schedule and returned the next day and worked tirelessly for three and a half hours and repaired the portion of the water leak that was the main problem at this time. Thought I needed a new hot water heater. First thing Suncoast did was check the circuit breaker. IT WAS TRIPPED! Mike checked circuits on the hot water heater - all ok! Prior plumbing company did NOT check circuit breaker OR circuits on the hot water heater. My trust is first and foremost on God. Second is on Mike/Suncoast. He will get my plumbing business from now on - PROMISE. Honestly is the best policy. 9/18/2025 - had Suncoast replace the tub fixtures in my bathroom. Excellent job - why did I wait so long! He also replaced outside water valve which I had no idea it was so rusty it wouldn’t work. While he was at it he installed a “clean out” on the sewer line. I hadn’t a clue! He walked me around and showed me what was done and I stand amazed. So professional all around. Plumber’s skills totally blow my mind. Highly recommend.

We had a plumbing emergency over the weekend where our hot water heater began pouring water from the second floor. Our daughter was the only one home and she called us in a panic. I was able to get in touch with Mike, who was out with his family, and he explained what my daughter needed to do to access the shut-off valve, while we were rushing home. Once we arrived home, my husband was able to turn the shut-off valve and more damage was avoided. Mike texted us the next morning to give us instructions for draining the unit to prevent further leaks, and first thing Monday morning, he and Sebastian were over to access what needed to be done. Within a few hours, we had a brand new water heater installed. Before leaving, Mike even let us know what to do if we ever have that type of emergency again. My water heater shit the bed. Mike came to my house by in the evening just a couple hours after a call (non-emergent). He made a quick assessment and made a reasonable quote. All of that was free so far. They came back the next morning, uninstalled and hauled my old heater, went and got a new heater, installed it and informed me of what had been done. They re-piped and wired as necessary. The whole thing was 2-3 hours. The work area was left very clean, and it was the easiest process ever. There was no sketchy business or beating around the bush. He is okay with dogs too. I also feel assured that if anything was done wrong that he would come back and help work it out. Great experience and will be recommending to anyone who has issues and use him in the future.

When the pipes under the slab of my townhouse corroded and broke, I called Suncoast Plumbing. They re-piped the whole place so that all water pipes are now located over the slab and thru the walls, with no pipe left under the slab. This was a complicated job, requiring serious plumbing skills of a very competent master plumber which Mike truly is. Very professional. The work was done perfectly and neatly. No upfront money to pay. You pay when the work is completed to your satisfaction and their price is reasonable. For me, no more big plumbing companies that advertise on TV. I have dealt with them before and got ripped off by them too often. Zee.
