My longtime (20+ Year) “Go-To” plumber wasn’t available to repair a minor/slow leak that was coming from a bathtub drain. So, I contacted Super Plumbing Heating and Cooling. And I am glad I did. Maryanne immediately and efficiently scheduled a service appointment with Robert for the very next morning. He arrived right on schedule. And quickly, yet thoroughly, evaluated the situation and provided a reasonably priced proposed fee (that he honored at completion). He did such a good job that (same day) I also had him provide an estimate (that he also honored at completion) to replace an old/clogged, cast iron, kitchen drain piping with new PVC. He provided equally high-quality workmanship. I even had Robert come back the following day and received equally impressive service (at equally reasonable pricing) when he replaced additional/old (very clogged) bathroom sink cast iron drain piping with PVC. As the latest owner of a three-family house that has been in our family for three generations (over 100 years), I have quite a bit of experience dealing with plumbing/mechanical/electrical/etc. issues and contractors. It is always a huge relief to find a friendly, reliable, competent, and reasonably priced contractor. ...And in the case of Super Plumbing Heating and Cooling… They just may be my new “Go-To” plumber from now on.

We noticed water under our kitchen sink, and I determined the issue was a complete failure of the sink drain connection. I called Super Plumbing and spoke with Mary. Mary understood the difficulty of having a non-functioning kitchen sink. The same morning she scheduled Robert for the replacement. Robert was a gentleman and did an excellent service.
