We had a carpet beetle infestation and Pest-Tech have been fantastic. Liam attended and got on with the job and put our minds at ease. From their first visit to quote, right the way through, they have been nothing but professional. Their customer service is on point, their speed of service (both arranging rapid response and actual duration of works) is excellent and their techs are knowledgeable and friendly. A very polished company with whom I'm happy to hold a contract.

Very happy with the service front Pest Tech. Our experience of specialists needed for house maintenance stuff is that their websites list they cover a wide area and your home location, but when you contact them its too far for them to come, not Pest Tech who were consistent with their commitment to attend when we live. We booked in quickly with friendly and helpful staff in the office. Overall cost was reasonable. We had a bees nest in our loft and the technician Kelly was very knowledgeable and easy to engage with and the bees were rehomed at an apiary. Whilst we hope we won't have a pest issue again, we would use them again and recommend others do the same.
