Best London removals Like most people, when you’re choosing a removal company you simply don’t know who will actually be good. I eventually chose this family-run firm after reading their Trustpilot reviews, which were overwhelmingly positive. What I’ve since learned is that they’ve completed more than 7,000 moves but only have a few hundred reviews — which means even their excellent feedback probably doesn’t fully reflect just how good they really are. The level of personal service they provide is something the larger, more “prestigious” companies simply can’t match. Ivelin, the owner, is extraordinary. He genuinely cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done properly. He’s also a very straightforward and honest person to deal with — he answers questions clearly, directly and without hesitation. At no point did he try to gloss over anything or make things sound better than they were; he was simply open, practical and completely upfront, which I really appreciated. The team, led by Philippe, were superb. I have never seen people work so hard while remaining so calm, careful and professional. They got on with the job quietly, quickly and incredibly efficiently, while taking great care to protect walls, corners, doorways and floors throughout. What really impressed me was the attention to detail. Furniture was handled thoughtfully and they even laid items on a rug to check that the feet had protective felt before standing them up so nothing could mark the floor. The furniture they dismantled was reassembled perfectly at the other end, smoothly and efficiently. They also managed to move three medium-sized potted acers, one of which had a particularly difficult shape with very wide spreading branches. I was quite concerned about how it would be transported, but they handled it beautifully and it arrived without any damage at all. I felt completely safe trusting them with everything in my home. I would use them again without hesitation. If you’re choosing a removal company, stop looking — you won’t do better than this team.
