WAGS is the best of the best of the best. Been a happy customer for many years, ever since WAGS opened in their former location and am still a very happy customer! Staff always, without fail, is friendly and helpful, plus knowledgeable about the products they stock as well as about canine and feline nutrition. For me, it's especially helpful having two dogs with special diets. Only suggestion would be to add a curated book section, but perhaps not enough space in the store - as they have such a wonderful selection of food, treats, toys, collars, leashes, blankets etc. Best canine supply source ever!

I highly recommend going here. Everyone was so friendly, and helpful! I even got to meet cats that were up for adoption, interact with them. They also support local non-profits that I didn't even know about were in the area which was nice! to get more information. I will definitely be coming back again. Thank you so much.

We got my cat here and honestly I really appreciate them because they had us sign a contract promising we wouldn't declaw him so I'm glad they're preventing that here! They also had us pick out a blanket for him and it was overall rly good

One of the best pet stores in Eugene that carries a lot of pet stuff. Great atmosphere. Many great brands can be found here and love their frequent promotions.

I've shopped at wags for about a decade! They are nice little shop and we love visiting with the foster cats they have in the store.

Friendliest pet store in town! I’m so glad I found it, it’s kind of snug between the Coburg and Oakway intersections, but it’s hands down the best pet store in Eugene!! We came to pick up some cat food and ended up staying for a half hour playing with the kitties up for adoption. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Plus they had the best selection of products outside of a big box pet store. I 100% recommend Wags!

We love how well stocked Wags is with quality, well-sourced products. Lately I’ve been bringing home Tiki Cat products for my cat and he seems very pleased.

Great store with tons of stuff for your fur kids! We came here to get a birthday cake for our boys' birthday, and found a bunch of other great stuff. Kibble, raw food, wet food, clothes, accessories, leashes, collars, harnesses, and much more. They have a cat room here but I didn't see any kitties. Friendly staff, answering all my questions with a smile. Dog friendly, for obvious reasons. Will definitely be back for more treats!

The gals working yesterday were SO patient with me and my crazy Basenji puppies. They helped me find new harnesses, leash and chewy bones. We went home put on our new clothes and had a fantastic walk and they LOVED the collagen bones! Thank you again!

My family uses WAGS a lot for various needs. It’s boutique-y, but in a really good way. Welcoming to all, but not horrible fluorescents like a pet smart. They have a reasonable selection and lots of little opportunities for clients to have a quality experience. Thank you for being around!
