Mike was my assigned inspector and I very satisfied with my experience with him. Not only was he professional, he was also patient and willing to answer all of my questions. I definitely had a lot of them. The inspection was almost 4 hours long and well worth it. Initially, I was disappointed when he explained to me that he would not be able to physically walk/check the roof since that was my primary reason for choosing Highland Home above all the other companies I called. However, after seeing the photos and detailed explanation in his subsequent report, my disappointment and doubts waivered. The inspection report was extremely detailed and provided multiple tabs with specified indicators for the level of severity associated with certain problem areas of the home. Mike really impressed me with how fast he provided the inspection report. I definitely recommend.

This week I have had the opening to have 2 different home inspections done by 2 different Highland Home Inspections. Both inspections were focused, meticulous, comprehensive and the inspectors were both very good communicators and willing to answer questions. The written reports were available within less than 24 hours for both. This is not my first time buying or trying to buy a house, nor are these my first home inspections. They are, however, my first useful home inspections! Ever! Useful both in understanding the state of the homes and what to expect in terms of repairs, but also in what maintenance will be needed and how to operate the homes' systems. I recommend them without reservations.
