John of Printfix called army home office and got my old Epson 2850 copying and printing in half an hour .

John came and installed waste ink absorber pads in my Epson XP860. Epson says that this isn't a user-serviceable action, and watching John do the change I'm not sure that I could have done it, even if I'd known how. John came at the agreed time, went straight into action, and the job was done quickly (as quickly as possible, that is) and effectively. I'll definitely use John in future - this is the second job he has done for me, and I've been pleased both times.Great job, John!

If I could give John 6 stars, I would! great communication pre visit, punctual, and certainly knows his stuff. He persevered and solved quite a tricky issue. Don't go to anyone else!
