I just wanted to thank Terry and his team for the privacy fence they installed around our property. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process including answering a million questions lol we had for him on the different styles and colors of fences from the bottom of our hearts thank you again.

Our home in Bel Air, MD was built in 1955 & the fence, or most of it, appeared to be almost as old. I have never seen a fence like it in my life. It has concrete posts & concrete 2 x 8 slats. Part of the fence had been replaced before we bought the house; and, I knew that I was due for some more repairs. Well, the heavy rains we had caused three sections to collapse. I was frantic to get it fixed right away so I started looking online since no one I knew personally had a recommendation. DryTech Fencing was very quick with their response! Terry came out & gave me a price for a new fence installation. Plus I also needed both of my gates redone due to the wood being rotted & not shutting properly. Terry gave me a very reasonable time frame to come out & complete the job. He & his crew arrived on time and, finished on time. I will definitely use them again when the need arises! I strongly recommend thanks so much.

We really enjoyed working with Terry. We had a fence installed, both privacy and estate style. He provided excellent customer service, more than enough detail to help us feel good about what we were getting in to, he was very responsive, and we had open and honest dialog around pricing. The crew then did a fantastic job with our fence and we couldn't be happier.

Update (2/21/25): Thanks DryTech for responding to my inquiry. I'm happy with the results of the gate repair. Original Review: I have had a bad experience with the warranty. I bought a 6 foot fence in August 2023 and I have a problem with the fence mender. I have called, emailed and texted for over a month with no response. When I purchased this fence, I was assured that I would have full lifetime warranty and that they would assist with any issues. That has been far from the reality..please avoid this company and go somewhere that has integrity and will stick to their word and provide good customer service.

I called Terry. He was there the very next day when all other fence companies would not come any time soon or at all . And 2 weeks later had my fence at a price that beat everyone else. All my neighbors are amazed of how great it looks and how fast it was done at this amazing price. If you need a fence this is the company you want to call.
