I honestly cannot say enough good things about Ryan at New Life. He's easily, hands-down, the most insightful, likeable, and versatile therapist i've ever had. He made it very easy for me to click with him, which is a challenge i've had with previous therapists. Not only that, but he's absolutely as ethical as any licensed counselor should be and doesn't push (or even mention) anything i'd be uncomfortable with. I should mention that i used to prefer women therapists, but i'm so glad i gave Ryan a chance because he's just so very good at making people feel comfortable and professionally cared for. He allowed me to be comfortable enough to tap into and express deep emotions early on. I'm extremely grateful for my experience here with Ryan. The other staff i've interacted with, however briefly, have been extremely pleasant as well! If it helps anyone to know, i'm transgender/nonbinary and queer; everybody i've met at New Life has been very kind, affirming, and completely professional.

I left a rather, unsavory, review for this facility last week for reasons that I now understand to be an unfortunate technical error. I won’t bother mentioning them again because I have since deleted that review, it is no longer relevant, and those harsh words were not fair. I am here now because the staff at New Life Wellness truly went above and beyond to make that right to me and I had my first treatment yesterday. I want to sincerely thank Ryan, Noelle, and Dr. Rao for the remarkable kindness, compassion, and empathy they showed me in that office yesterday during such a turbulent time in my life. I will now forever be a patient at New Life Wellness and I can honestly say I feel excitement and hope about where this journey will take me. I want to speak to the experience itself because I am a PhD-level trained Neuroscientist and it was quite interesting. The human in me wants to share with everyone in the world who could benefit from this therapy how utterly fascinating, cathartic, and healing it was during/after a single Ketamine infusion. The nerdy scientist in me now wants to go find ways to get this—and other non-traditional treatments—the research, funding, and public attention it so rightfully deserves. I would encourage everyone to consider Ketamine, TMS, and other alternative therapies, especially if psycho-pharmaceuticals have failed you for as long as they did me. And if you do decide to pursue this, please do consider giving your local business to New Life Wellness and Ketamine Clinic.

After years of struggling with depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideation caused by PTSD; and trying multiple medications, my wife found the clinic. I can’t say enough good things about Newlife Wellness Center and the care I received there. After experiencing a traumatic loss, I struggled with severe insomnia for several years. I was only able to sleep every 2–3 days, which took a huge toll on my mental and physical health. I write this on the eve of the new year. With the year-end wind-down, I’m already in an introspective mood. Perhaps, then, it was apt that I finished my cycle of ketamine sessions (and EXOMIND therapy) in these final days of 2025. Every detail, from the ambient lighting to the carefully selected music, reflected their commitment to creating an optimal healing environment. I cannot recommend New Life Wellness and Ketamine Clinic enough. I’ll admit, I walked in feeling very skeptical and honestly pretty scared, but this was hands-down the best experience I’ve ever had. I have dealt with severe depression and other diagnoses for five decades, and after my IV injection, I felt truly happy for the first time in 50 years. The level of relaxation I felt was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. A huge shoutout to Lori Klens and my nurse, Danielle and the receptionist, they went above and beyond to ensure my visit was comfortable and quiet. The environment is incredibly calming and safe. I was hesitant at first but after speaking with Lori and getting the funding in order I took the chance of investing in myself. The experience was amazing and the staff are sweet and genuine. I wish I could be there once a week for life honestly. The ketamine helped a lot after the first 6. I did have a drop off after a few weeks so I’m looking into booster sessions but we are all different genetically so take that in consideration
