Super helpful and kind… fixed a problem without question

Our garage door was over 20 years old and the cable snap the day before Wisconsin got hit with the blizzard. Badgerland was able to come out late in the day and get the door fixed. They also gave me a great price on replacing both of my aging doors and openers. They told me it would be three weeks and they ended up being installed exactly a week after the first door broke. They are fun, professional and courteous. They job they did was amazing and we couldn't be happier. We even had a question about the opener 4 days later and they were at the house in 20 minutes to show us what to do. They bring it all and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my doors.

Brandon Faukcon was very professional & courteous when he came out to replace my broken garage door springs.. He explained that the springs are typically also replaced along with the cabling as they can become damaged when the springs break. He checked the cables and they were in good condition so he didn't charge me for those (no unnecessary add on prices which was great). The lower horizontal support bar had some screws come loose and Brandon kindly tighten these up so the garage door was best supported (again no added cost for this small but important detail). Thank you for the great service today Brandon. Appreciate it.

A spring on our garage door broke late on Friday night. We called Badgerland expecting to get their voicemail. To our surprise a representative answered and set us up for service early Saturday morning. Brandon came out and provided excellent service. My garage door wasn't working on a cold day. Badgerland showed up about an hour after I called. To my chagrin, it worked when the technician tried it! He made sure it stay closed before he left, and said to call if it causes any more trouble (but I haven't tried it). His name was Brandon, and he was SO NICE!

Today I called Badgerland Garage Door for a problem with my garage door opener not working. I was told they would get it me today. Was so impressed when they were here within an hour! WOW!! We are so happy we reached out to Badgerland Garage Door Service to help us with our garage door repair. The moment MARY answered my call on that Saturday morning I knew I had made the right decision. Mary was so kind and knowledgeable and made me feel at ease while working through our situation. Our garage door spring broke and we were able to schedule online with Badgerland for the next day. Online scheduling was super easy. Miguel and Brian called and the morning of and were punctual. I called Badgerland yesterday for a garage door problem at about noon , they were at my house at 2pm. I have to say I was pleased with there promptness, also the service people were easy to get along with. The garage door was repaired quickly and is working like new. If you need work on your garage door I would refer you to do so. Miguel was the repairman, this man knows what he is doing and is thorough, he did an excellent job. There was a minor problem a week later it was remedied by another service man Brandon. I'm totally satisfied with this service.

My garage door became jammed and I submitted an online appt request at 8pm one night. Within a half hour they called to confirm the appt for the next day, first thing in the morning. Contacted Badgerland Garage Door for help with a garage door that would not open and close consistently. Miguel and Cory came and diagnosed the problem and had it fixed quickly and effectively. We did some research on a garage door motor that they use by Sommer. Wow! It is so quiet and smaller than our previous unit with more power! Our garage door spring broke and an hour after calling they had a technician on their way to fix it! Cody did a thourough job explaining everything, gave me the price before starting work, and was done in less than an hour. We know we’ll have to replace our garage doors eventually and look forward to going through Badgerland when the time comes.

Cody arrived within the 2-hour timeframe that was promised and he call ahead as per the instructions that I was given by the office rep. He finished the entire job in about an hour and 15 minutes, and he was very thorough with the operational instructions when he was finished. I was shocked at the cost for you to put on a torsion spring and one bearing. $395.00 I already had the torsion spring off. The guy who installed it was really awesome. i should have checked around. 3 stars because of the cost.

We had a great experience with Cody at Badgerland. Badgerland offered prompt communication and scheduling, friendly people, and reliable service. We had our garage door "fixed" by another company a couple of years ago and have had problems ever since. That company did not seem to care much, but Badgerland corrected the errors and assured everything was in working order before they left. We are happy with the service and will recommend them to anyone in the future.

I had a torsion spring break. The garage door still worked with just the 2nd torsion spring, but I thought that the 2nd spring would break due to it doing all the work. Jeff came out from Badgerland Garage Door Service. He was very nice and knowledgeable. Jeff informed me that the torsion springs were originally installed for a much heavier garage door and that the 1 remaining spring was more than strong enough to properly lift the garage door on its own. I decided to just leave the springs alone for the time being and when the 2nd torsion spring eventually breaks, I will DEFINITELY call Badgerland to replace the spring(s) with the proper ones for my door. I 100% would recommend Badgerland for all your garage door needs.

Our garage door rollers detached from the door early Saturday afternoon. We contacted two other companies, but they could not get to our house until Monday. We contacted Badgerland and they said they could come to our house that afternoon. Within 2 hours, our garage door was fixed.

So I called to get an estimate re the door issue. They want to charge you for an estimate. That’s ridiculous. I should be able to shop and compare without have to pay for an estimate. Other places didn’t do that.

The best part was that they respected my time, and were able to finish within the window they gave me. My garage door stopped opening, the service tech came out the very next day to assess the damage and replace the springs. Very knowledgeable and quick as well.
