This is the second shelter we have bought from Survive-a-Storm, and like the first time, the whole buying and installation process was painless. David, the salesman, was quite helpful and made sure we were getting the right product for our new house. The installer, Kaleb, did a great job not only installing the shelter, but also keeping us informed of when he would be at our house. The shelter itself is great - we have the 6x4 model which fits nicely at the back of our garage, without losing much storage space.

Installer notified me 1 hour before they arrived. They arrived on time and went right to work. They cleaned up afterwords and explained how to use the shelter. Great experience.
