My family and I went on a few excursions while we were in Jamaica! Dwayne, our driver, was so welcoming and took very good care of us. This was my first time using a private tour operator for my excursions and various outings on the island. I discovered Dwayne and Just Because Tours from a recommendation in the Hilton/Dreams Rose Hall Facebook page. I see now why he came highly recommended. We have been communicating since March about the various things that I and my clients wanted to do while on the island. He is extremely responsive and patient. He provided my entire group with exceptional customer service. He was on time for our outings and if he was running late due to traffic he communicated that with us. As a travel agent I am very selective of who I give my clients to because I want them to have a seamless experience. I am not & will not hesitate to send more of my clients to Dwayne at Just Because Tours.

The drivers were great! Junior was very nice, patient and taught us some things about Jamaica. Dwayne was very cool and lit! He took us wherever we wanted to go, texted us with all updates, showed us the best clubs, eateries and shops. Dwayne also partied with us and made sure we were safe. He also taught us a lot about Jamaican culture. They made the experience very enjoyable. We will be booking with them again!!

Great Tour This was a great tour. Our driver Duane was great and knowledgeable. He showed us different parts of the Montego Bay Area and gave us history behind certain things in Jamaica. It was like a mini city tour. He also slowed down and stopped and allowed us to take videos and pictures.Then we had the best captain of the Bamboo Raft boat his name is Jay. He was so knowledgeable andSo much fun. Was disappointed with the shop on the Hip Strip they tried to keep switching prices on things and to over charge us: over all the tour was a great experience and we got to see Jamaica from another point of view.

Lots of fun and excitement! Omg! We had the best time and a great experience. Dwayne answered all of my questions via email in a timely manner. Our driver, Constantine, was the best! He was very accommodating and got us to and from our destination safely. He was very patient and a pleasure to be around. The van was nice and air-conditioned. We had a blast on the Catamaran Cruise and Bamboo Rafting excursion. I would definitely recommend Just Because Tours and wouldn't hesitate to use them again when visiting Jamaica!

I am not one to leave Google reviews very often at all but Dwayne deserves ALL THE CREDIT! From the prompt email response to my questions confirming pickup time to offering to make a stop on the way back from the excursion to try authentic Jamaican food all while he had his own vacation to tend to just later that same afternoon. Such an incredible guy!!! If you’re thinking about booking anything while in Jamaica, don’t look anywhere else.

Dwayne Is THE BEST!!! We were in Jamaica for a girls trip and Expedia recommending Just Because Tours for our Excursion for Jet ski and Parasailing. Our Driver was Dwayne and when I tell you he was THE BEST!!!!!!! He arrived on time and guided us the whole way. He recommended places and stopped wherever we wanted to go. Since we are all women we felt very safe with him. He was very nice and personable. He took pictures for us and anything we ask of him he did with a smile. We were so spoiled from him when we booked another tour with someone else prior to arrival we were so sad because Just Because Tours Spoiled US!!!! So if you are looking for a driver for your entire stay in Jamaica Booked Dwayne and you will Not be disappointed. 💕

Birthday Massage I was very excited to be in Jamaica for the first time. Booking with Just Because was the best decision that I made. Dwayne is absolutely amazing. He's very attentive. He exhibits a level of professionalism & customer service that I haven't seen in years. Not only was he punctual, but he's also patient. I had alot of questions & he answered them all. He provided drinks & snacks, played family-friendly music & is a safe driver. The bamboo rafting with limestone massage was fun. While floating down the river; I listened to music while being massaged. It was the perfect way to start my birthday. Very soothing with lots of handsome men. 😁 Everyone that I encountered was extremely polite. They took pictures & video for me. I really enjoyed my day. I can't wait to return to Jamaica for a repeat. I don't recommend booking your excursions with anyone other than Just Because.

Dwayne is all that and more! Dwayne was awesome! We only did one excursion for our stay however I truly enjoyed him staying with us during the entire activity. We felt safe as two females who were first timers in Jamaica. He gave us some history and information as we were passing through specific areas. I will definitely book Just Because Tours and Excursions for my next go round to Jamaica. I hope I get Dwayne again!

Amazing From our tour guide picking us up from the port, everything was smooth sailing. He provided drinks and good music. He gave us a tour of the community and took us to our bamboo Rafting pick us up and took us wherever we wanted to tour. Then we had authentic Jamaican food at a restaurant called peppas overall I recommended booking this and it’s a reasonable price for what’s included

Trip to Panamá My trip was absolutely amazing, I stayed at a beautiful hotel with an amazing view.
