Verified After my negative review about a trip charge to be applied to labor done (but nothing was done in the 5' of their man in my house), I YELPED and the owner called me and refunded the ridiculous charge. So I'm going positive now due to his responsible action. BTW, the laborer traveled about 1.5 miles to look at my fridge, which I had already cleaned, etc. He did not recommend anything, although he could have invented a problem.

I contacted Appliance Works to repair my refrigerator. Bobbie, the lady in the office was remarkable. She dispatched Daniel to survey and remedy our problems. Daniel dispatched the job with fervor, professionalism and thoroughness! His abilities and techniq are amazing. This Company is 5-Star on all accounts. The team, the cost and their attitude are worth my recommendation and appreciation.
