The install team did an outstanding job, they were professional, courteous, task oriented and performed a detailed police call before departing, including attention to our neighbor's properties. We won't hesitate to recommend your company to anyone who asks about the roof.

The service provided by Sal and his team was excellent! Sal, in particular, was extremely responsive and patient with me in answering my questions and addressing my concerns. My inquiries were often addressed within the hour, regardless of the day or time. They provided a fair estimate and completed the project as scheduled. I seldom write reviews, but the service and responses of Sal and the Valor team was so impressive, I believe a five star review is appropriate.

From beginning to end, Valor Home took care of our family and our home the right way. I am an Air Force Veteran and the main thing that brought me to Valor was the fact that they give back to the Veteran community. An experienced sales person came to our home and explained everything that they were going to have to do, explained what hidden issues there might be and how they would take care of it. He showed us a quick slideshow of the history of the company and explained who they are and what they represent. Within two weeks, I had a phone call scheduling delivery, installation, and gutters. They came and installed my roofing in a 14 hour day on one of the hottest days of the year. They cleaned up after themselves and made everything look professional. Next the gutter guys showed up and in a couple hours they knocked out brand new gutters, and downspouts that are beautiful. I did receive quotes from other companies, and Valor was very comparable. I also found out that one of their products they use is made right here in Baltimore. To me, this was a win-win. Not only did I support a company that supports Veterans but it also supports local families. (NOTE: pictures show roofing before and after, however they do not show the new gutters, as they came the next day.)

The job was completed in 1 day, and we are extremely pleased with the final product. Valor's use of GAF shingles, underlayment, and cap system, and the Valor warranty, made our choice of Valor as our contractor, easy. I would highly recommend Valor, for any roofing replacement. Valor did a roofing job for us a few years back and we were so happy with their work. Recently our neighbors were getting their roof replaced and their contractor noticed something that appeared out of the ordinary for some of the cap shingles (at the peak of the roof). We had recently had some abnormally rough weather and lots of debris from nearby trees coming down. I put in an inquiry to Valor and they had a supervisor out to the house within a business day! Their crew got up on the roof and looked everything over and even did some preventive work to make sure everything was good to go for years to come. Great workmanship, great responsiveness!
