Very efficient and helpful. He really met me where I was in terms of expertise and I think I ended up with everything I needed in less than an hour. I have the sense that if I needed more sophisticated help, he would have been able to provide it, and I know what my options are if I need further fit help in the future.

The Footlab and working with Katelyn has been instrumental in helping me fix my stubborn fasciitis. With the help of their expertise, they are helping me in my quest to walk the Pacific Crest Trail. I would recommend these folks to anyone who is having foot issues or wants to get their ski boots to fit like a glove. I cannot say enough positive stuff about them!

The service was outstanding. The attention to detail and the process was incredible. I've used my ski boots twice since I got the footbeds, Truly are amazing to make a huge difference. Brad was very knowledgeable and gave me lots of really good pointers beyond just the footbeds and how to take care of my feet and improve my skiing.

I'm a lifelong skier and ice hockey player. Brad made me insoles for my skates and ski boots. Both helped me improve my performance. I needed to replace my skates and my insole did not match. I scheduled a refit. Brad was able to adapt my foot beds to a perfect fit and performance. Thank you Brad. Well done.

Leg Alignment Brad is very knowledgeable about leg alignment issues, in ways to correct foot - leg alignment situations and significantly how to describe issues and how he will proceed to correct identified problems.

New Boot? I had an appt with Katelyn. I will need new boots as mine are almost 20 years old. My current boots fit well and are the best I have ever owned. While I was unable to purchase new boots --end of season stock/ popular foot size-- I will be heading back there in the fall. I had no idea how much I was not up to speed on with respect to ski equipment. I was very impressed with Katelyn's knowledge and sensitivity to my particular situation--large CTI brace with a boot attachment for one of my knees. I definitely want the foot lab to fit my next pair of boots and to make sure they are aligned properly with my skis.

Great Experience! I went in for a foot evaluation for orthotics. Brad thoroughly explained how orthotics would align my stance and relieve the pain I was experiencing caused by mis-alignment caused supination. I was in and out within an hour with my new custom orthotics. They've relieved the aches and pain I was in.
