Ted is a lighthouse in the dark. His skills or only surpassed by his results. We were in a rush to sell to get our dream home. Then the storm of COVID hit the week we put it on the market! It was no problem for Ted to manage these rough waters amd make it happen above market value, no less! During the process, he guided is through the storm and we never felt safer. We knew the direction we were going and what our goals were. I know his reputation is that he is honest and sells homes at top dollar, but it's a completely different experience when it's you.

Ted Leland is a Excellent real-estate agent! He is always just a phone call away and expertly answered any question that we had.
