Scott and the team at Ultra recently completed a large renovation project for us, including a full rewire, upgraded central heating system, a new kitchen, new bathroom, new roof, and a new WC. Recently completed a full renovation in combination with rear extension of my house in Wimbledon with Ultra Property. Scott and Liam were great throughout the process. Liam and Scott totally transformed my bathroom! They were so easy to work with from start to finish and kept me updated throughout the project. Ultra completed a full downstairs renovation of our property in Wokingham. They transformed our former box layout, taking out walls and building a new extension to create a beautiful walk through kitchen diner, playroom and utility. The results are incredible and have Completely changed how we can live in the property. Ultra took time to diligently understand our needs and delivered on our vision to perfection. They brought the project in on time and in line with budget and kept us fully informed all the way through. The project management and communication from both Liam and Scott was excellent, both of whom went above and beyond to understand our needs and help. We used Ultra Property Services to build a small extension on the back of our ground floor flat to house a new kitchen and new spare room. We cannot recommend Scott and Liam enough. They are so friendly, personable and the level of work is incredible. The thing that impressed us the most was their communication, they kept us up to date with everything little thing through out the build so nothing was done without our permission or came as a shock to us. Great experience with the guys at Ultra. They provided a faultless service for an urgent request to investigate & fix a flooring issue in a dated property extension. The guys were onsite same day to review the damage & provided a follow up quote next day. They took the time to clearly explain the various options to us to ensure we got the right result. Scott and Liam were brilliant to work with from start to finish of our full renovation project. We did everything from new walls, bathrooms, stairs, full new electrics, plumbing, ceilings and floors and they have a fantastic team working with them and they take full accountability of quality across the whole project. They were great at giving recommendations and suggestions throughout that we would never have thought of, and we were incredibly pleased with the final result that was delivered on time. They dealt with any hiccups professionally and we would absolutely use them again for any project.

The team at Ultra completed a full-home renovation of our house in Balham, which included a two-storey rear extension and reconfiguration of existing rooms. This was a major and complex project which the team at Ultra completed to an incredibly high standard, on schedule, and with a keen eye on keeping the job within our budget. Liam, Scott and the rest of the Ultra team, as well as the portfolio of subcontractors that they work with were highly professional, reliable, punctual and communicative. They played an effective role in project management, working closely with our own architect, designer and other selected partners. Their attention to detail and desire to deliver on client requirement are unquestioned. In particular, we appreciated the fact that they would identify potential issues ahead of time and suggest alternative courses of action. Additionally, they also had the talent and nous to be able to spot opportunities to improve on our existing design, and relationships with other suppliers who could then help us optimise the quality of the work. Two things stood out in our dealings with Ultra, particularly when compared to other contractors and firms we had dealt with; firstly, this is a highly motivated team who care deeply about the quality of their service, and are highly responsive. There was never a moment where we were not in constant communication throughout the duration of the project, and the Ultra team were incredibly quick at responding to our queries and questions at all stages of the assignment (something which we did not experience when dealing with other firms). Second, it is important to note that Ultra were not the cheapest firm who quoted to carry out the project for us when we initially tendered, however it is clear to observe now that their accuracy and honesty in quoting is unmatched. They delivered the project on budget, and where additional costs were incurred, this was either due to unforeseen circumstances (which were always signalled well in advance by the site team) or when we decided to extend the scope of work following helpful design recommendations from the team. Again, this is not something we experienced when dealing with other firms, when many 'expensive surprises' were encountered after the project had commenced. Overall, we would wholeheartedly recommend working with Ultra and their partners. The multidisciplinary team has a wealth of experience, talent, enthusiasm and a strong work ethic and this is clearly evident in the results they achieve.

Ultra Property Services are a very professional and reliable team who did a great job on our interior renovation.

We used Ultra Property Services to remodel and extend our new house. It was a four bedroom house which hadnt been touched in 50 years. They built a side return, a new kitchen, knocked down 3 interior walls, added 4 RSJs, replasterered the whole house, new plumbing and electrics, a new bathroom, a new kitchen, split a room into a larger sitting room and a new downstairs bathroom and utility room. They did all of this in 9 weeks in the run up to christmas so we could be in our new house for Christmas day. I cannot recommend them enough, they were responsive, hard working, every problem had a solution, really good communication and delivered a complex project ahead of time, even though we had found things that could cause delay. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Scott and Liam are great to work with. They did my renovation works on my flat and from day one were communicative, professional and lovely to deal with. They were present throughout the project - unlike some building companies I experienced where the main people tend to go missing after day one! We have a small London garden and were looking for a discrete bbq storage unit, that gave us more storage space without taking up our entire patio. We also wanted some built in wooden seating for the same reason, as we had limited space. Scott helped us design the unit, I shared pictures of the seating for ideas. He then helped us source a slate top for the unit and worked through rain and shine to build both pieces of us. It’s added so much to our garden as we love hosting friends and family for bbqs and gatherings, and can now do so comfortably. Scott was friendly, reliable, on time and responsive throughout the project. He produced good quality bespoke outdoor furniture for us at a fair price. Thanks Scott!

We had a new bathroom put in upstairs with a new skylight - and also a small study next to it. We then reworked the kitchen to remove the old bathroom and add a small utility with a bigger kitchen space. Great quality work! We had a week by week schedule which was pretty much stuck to, and great communication. Scott and Liam are really lovely guys which is good when having people in your house. I also didn’t feel talked down to, and at no point did they ask to speak to my husband (something that has happened with previous builders!) I felt listened to and respected which really goes a long way. Would definitely recommend.
