Jeff was the star of our wedding day. Everyone at Baltimore Sound Entertainment was great to work with throughout the planning process, and on the day of, we were able to sit back and enjoy the party. The mics were just right for all of the speeches, and Jeff cut the songs for our official dances perfectly, avoiding any awkward hang time or long intros. We told him that we wanted the late-night portion of the reception to feel like a crowded bar at the Jersey shore, and he delivered big time. Jeff created a mix that ensured the dance floor stayed packed all night long; his playlist made sure there was something for every single one of our 250 guests to sing along too. Three guests at our reception have now booked with Baltimore Sound Entertainment and Jeff for their own weddings, after having such a great time. We cannot recommend them enough!

Eric and the team behind Baltimore Sound Entertainment brought the party and were an awesome partner for our wedding. From the beginning in the planning process, Eric encouraged and emphasized that we can have the event and music that we want, even when it differs from “standard” wedding norms. He was flexible and patient as we struggled to make decisions. He did not balk when we mentioned the eclectic range of music that we were hoping to play, and on the night of the wedding, he proved why. Eric is an impeccably skilled DJ and was able to blend multiple genres, tempos, and different types of music to keep the dance floor full and the people happy. His transitions were buttery smooth, and he had great musical progression through the evening to keep the party going without feeling stale. Beyond the DJ work, the uplighting Baltimore Sound Entertainment provided helped to elevate the space, and their photobooth services were top notch. We easily provided a custom template to use for the photo strips that looked fantastic, and the staff working the booth was attentive, helpful, and patient with guests. Baltimore Sound Entertainment curated and cultivated the vibes through the entire evening of our wedding, and they helped keep the party going so hard that the venue had to shut us down. DJ Jeff and photobooth assistant Sienna were AMAZING at my wedding last weekend! Jeff knows how to keep people dancing, even at a dry wedding. And Sienna was so lovely, she kept everyone happy at the photobooth! I would definitely use them again!

What an incredible experience working with this company, all class from pillar to post. We had the pleasure of working with Jeff for our DJ at our farm wedding in August. He was all class and really brought the fun and positive energy to our wedding. He was very professional throughout, as was Stan, who spearheaded videography. I can't say enough nice things about the entire team, as there were other team members present at the event. Baltimore Sound Entertainment maintains transparency, forward thinking, professionalism, and yet keeps it fun. Jeff made us feel like we were in the drivers seat throughout, like the kid in Home Alone who got his own Pepperoni Pizza in a limo. The entire team has a perceptive nature: they've done this many times, and it shows. They listen, take feedback, and know how to improvise. I love their style and would recommend their work for anyone needing DJ, photo booth, or any entertainment needs. All class organization - 5 stars, would work with again. Think twice before choosing any other option for entertainment, as this crew is hard to beat, as other reviews appropriately indicate.

We had an incredible experience with Baltimore Sound and DJ Jeff! He was by far the easiest vendor to work with: we had a very short phone call before the event to touch base and he picked up our theme and what we were going for immediately and did an amazing job. All of our guests raved about him. We will be asking him to come back and will work with Baltimore Sound again for future events. We also had the photobooth which was so much fun and our guests absolutely loved the personalization and immediate access to printed and texted photos! Again, will be using in the future!

I first experienced the talent of BSE at a friend's wedding and knew immediately that I wanted the company to DJ my wedding reception as well. Working with Eric was incredibly easy. He is super kind, chill, and so good at what he does. Alex was our DJ for our December wedding in Baltimore. We found Alex through Baltimore’s subreddit. Alex was respectful and professional throughout our experience with him. He was very straightforward and easy to work with especially with his unique DJ app. The app broke down every piece of the wedding including timeline, song requests, flow of the wedding, wants and don’t wants and everything in between. Once we established our music selection and vision, Alex was able to take it to the next level. Our goal was to move through musical decades from cocktail hour until the last song. Alex made the vision come to life and kept the energy going all night (we had a rowdy crowd). He accommodated everything we requested and had a great booth set up. Our guests continue to tell us how great the music was. He was able to keep the flow going and he read the crowd perfectly. Highly recommended!

Baltimore Sound Entertainment is awesome! Eric was the DJ at our wedding, and I can’t tell you how many compliments we got on the music! Not only did we utilize their DJ services, but we were also able to book a string quartet for the ceremony. They did an absolutely incredible job. Communication was on point, they are affordable given the quality of their services, and they were an overall pleasure to work with! We were able to get the uplight package along with our DJ services, and omg it seriously made such a difference in our event space. I seriously can’t recommend them enough! Eric was amazing and an absolute perfect fit for our wedding. He absolutely crushed our ceremony with perfect fade-ins and fade-outs. For the reception, we wanted a mix of EDM and classics, and he executed it flawlessly. We received so many compliments on the music and how seamlessly everything flowed. Truly a professional and such a pleasure to work with. We added on the photobooth as well, which was a huge hit with our guests and such a fun extra. Highly recommend. Seriously- no further!

I cannot stress enough how highly we recommend Baltimore Sound Entertainment for your wedding or any other event. We got married on October 24, 2025 and had the honor and pleasure of hiring Eric Stevens as our DJ for the event. We had a few phone calls with him prior to the wedding and filled out their DJ questionnaire to prepare and get an idea of the type of music we wanted. He also walked us through some ideas to help us make decisions for the events we wanted during the wedding (the types and timings of the first dance, father-daughter dance, the speeches, etc.) even when we had decision fatigue. His experience and professionalism are incredible, he knows exactly what he is doing and has the most important characteristics that you want in a DJ: the ability to read a room and adjust on the fly. It was clear that Eric brought a passion for what he does and was having just as much fun as us and our guests. I am not exaggerating when I say the dance floor was packed for the entire 3+ hours and that is 100% because of Eric’s choices of songs, transitions, and ability to not just play bangers but to create a flow and rhythm to the event that got everyone dancing, even those that typically do not dance (my grandma who’s dancing days are mainly behind her even got up for a few songs!). They have a professional set up with all of the equipment you come to expect for a high level company. Something I really liked is that he had a foldout wall/barrier that hid all of the cables and the equipment, giving it a very professional look and feel. Additionally, we decided to also get the uplights, this was huge as the lighting really made the space a dancing space and it felt like our wedding had turned into a club. The lights were synced with the music which contributed to the dancing mood. They have everything you could possibly need from lapel mics for the ceremony to the amazing changing color uplights for dancing. On top of all of that, Eric and Baltimore Sound Entertainment are just great people that love what they do and are better because of it. Working with them was a pleasure and helped us feel more relaxed and ready for the big day (that is not something you can say about all vendors). Our guests have told us how much fun they had and kept asking us where we found the DJ. Again, we strongly recommend BSE and Eric in particular!

BSE did an amazing job + truly made our Christmas party a success. From the DJ, to the lighting, to the 360 photobooth -- every service exceeded our expectation. We had a very short amount of time + the turn over was a little chaotic. The team was extremely accommodating and worked very efficiently to ensure everything was perfect + set up on time, despite a semi-stressful challenge lol. DJ Alex + everyone else on the team was a pleasure to work with + brought such amazing energy to the event. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!
