Fantastic Birthday Gift. The meals were incredible!

First time here and won’t be our last.

This was our first time visiting the restaurant, and we were very impressed. Our server, Amy, was amazing. The food was awesome, and the service was great. We look forward to our next visit there.

We had an amazing birthday dinner for my fiancée’s best friend at Bud’s ! I travel for work and I make it a point to seek out the “Best Steak House” in every city I visit… I’ve been to 5 of the top 10 rated Steak Houses in the US and the Wagyu Steak special that I had at this restaurant put Peter Luger’s in NYC to shame and took the #1 spot for me! P.S. the Creme Brûlée was one of the best desserts that I have ever eaten too!

Absolutely fantastic food. Everything was out of this world delicious. The service was phenomenal. I just can't recommend this restaurant enough.

Ken the owner came out of the kitchen and checked on us. I'm guessing he does this regularly for his patrons because this is a very intimate and lovely dining experience! He took care of a couple of details to make my sister's 75th. birthday a memorable one. Our meal was delicious, and the hospitality makes this place a must on your restaurant experience list.

We enjoyed our first visit to Bud's, including a draft, a caramel toddy, and crab cake sandwiches for two. The crab cakes were mostly lump backfin meat, seasoned well, pan-seared, and didn’t have filler; delicious! The sandwich roll was the only minor disappointment; a good kaiser roll would have been better than a typical hamburger bun. Ashley provided prompt and attentive service to ensure a very pleasant dining experience. We'll return when in the area again.

The owner, staff and food are hands down the best. We don't get to go to Bud's very often but when we do it has never been just ok. It's always been the best!! If you are looking for an amazing meal with friendly staff in a really nice setting then you need to try Bud's of Silver Run, Md.

First time to Bud’s and will not be our last. Everything was outstanding. Met the owner Ken afterward and had a great conversation. So worth the trip. Everything was excellent. No restaurant in Gettysburg comes close. Pictured - Oysters Rockefeller, Adobe Chipotle Bone in Pork Chop, Blackened Halibut and Veal Chop with gnocchi. Cheesecake, Crème Brûlée and Chocolate cake. Missed pictures of the Pork Spring Rolls, Poppers and the seasonal drinks!

The oyster fest was amazing! The staff and service were exceptional as always! The variety of oyster preperations was fun and everything was cooked to perfection. One of our group isnt an oyster fan and it was nice for her to have a good selection of alternatives. Ken and his staff always delivery a memorable dining experience!

We started going to Bud's a couple years ago. The owner, Ken, and his staff are very friendly and engaging. They offer a diverse menu and we always have a hard time deciding what to order because everything is delicious and very well prepared. The dining room atmosphere is one of our favorites in the area. The bar is separated from the main restaurant and is always a fun place to hang out. Ashley (Squeaky), our favorite bartender, is such a friendly, outgoing and happy person who always greets us with a smile and a friendly comment. If you are looking for a new place to try out in Carroll County, this would be our recommendation.

Drove nearly an hour to try Bud's for lunch. Arrived around noon on a Saturday and we were the only people there. Only 2 other guests arrived as we were finishing up. We received excellent service and the food was outstanding. We are planning our next visit a.s.a.p. because they are worth the drive. Can't believe this adorable place wasn't packed!

Stopped in for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and the quality of food. Our server was as sweet as could be and went out of her way to make sure that we had a pleasant experience. The chef was very friendly too. He popped out and asked us how everything was. We gave him the thumbs up and exchanged a few jokes.

Recently went to Buds after not going there for a while, walking through the door owner, Ken remembers us by name, remembers what we drink, forgot what I was missing. Great menu with outstanding special items. Food was excellent, staff were knowledgeable and attentive, although it’s a bit of a ride, we will certainly return more often.

Superb meal as always, did a Chefs tasting we purchased through a charity auction, Ken and his staff did not disappoint. Duck egg rolls, filet, lamb lollipop, heirloom tomato salad, service was impeccable.

Bud's is the BEST! It IS our Go-To spot in @ Manchester for our Family, or to take our visitors (would honesty Travel FAR for this Awesomeness, grateful it's close enough to us). The Food & Drinks, Staff/Service, Atmosphere are Perfect Every Time. Ken is Great, always approachable, and full of fun and knowledgeable information. You can feel the history of the building; Relaxing energy, engaging artwork on the walls, high ceilings and windows let in perfect natural lighting. The pub/tavern (Love that it is separate from the restaurant side) has Great selection of Whiskeys, Quality Cocktails, etc. To-Date, the BEST STEAK I've EVER had, cooked perfectly Rare and flavor was outstanding. Fresh, locally sourced ingredients are used often. We LOVE Bud's at Silver Run ❤️🥩🍷🥗🥖🍰

Wonderful meals for all six of us, especially for my wife who is gluten and dairy free. We love going there to celebrate our special occasions.

This is my favorite restaurant in the world. I love their Cobb Salad and the MD Crab soup. This restaurant has a lot of gluten free options as well. You will occasionally see very unique items to order here. Ken, the owner, is always there to greet you and is very kind to talk to. He also helps the local community and people in need.

The environment here is great! It's kinda fancy and formal, but you can wear a t shirt! The food was amazing! The gravy they put on the fries is world class!

My son took me here for dinner. The food was amazing. The atmosphere is so very relaxing. The owner was so very pleasant throughout our evening 💕 😊
