They consistently provide me with prompt, professional service and high-quality work. Original review 2 years ago: I was pleased with the service I received from Buttera Motors for my MK5 Jetta. On the phone, I spoke with Ian, who was incredibly friendly and willing to address all of my questions and concerns. They even went above and beyond to provide me with estimates and repair some issues I was having with my Jetta that I did not initially ask for. A very straightforward and sincere group of automotive experts. They are really transparent and do excellent work.

Great service and easy communication of issues occurring on my car.

I’ve visited this place many times for my car, and I truly appreciate how they always put customers first. I brought in my 2013 Tiguan for several issues — a leaking sunroof, steering wheel rattle (which turned out to be shock and control arm issues after diagnosis), and engine misfiring with the check engine light on due to carbon buildup. They fixed everything in a timely manner, and the pricing was reasonable. After the sunroof repair, it started leaking again occasionally. I brought it back, and they discovered a different issue. They took care of it and covered the repair the second time, which I really appreciated. I also want to mention that they helped my dad, who doesn’t speak English, by using a translator. The patience and professionalism they showed truly exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family for any repair services!

I went to a different shop. Before Buttera motors. In Monroe. I told the last shop the problem I was having. I spent 3k with the last shop in Monroe and the didn't address the problems that I was having with my charging system and my brakes. I brought it to Buttera motors. After the shop in Monroe gave me the run around. When I told them. I still had the same issues and after 15 minutes of research. I found out what the shop in Monroe should have known if he was a TRUE VW mechanic. When I took it to Buttera motors. They were calling me before I got home. With the problem with my 69 vw bug. Told me the best options. They took care of me. Everything is running great. Day after I got it back. Put almost 200 miles on it. No problems at all. Thanks Buttera motors

Easy too work with and very helpful staff. Came in below budget. I would definitely use them again.
