Great service in our home by a prompt, friendly efficient service person. The on line payment system is great. The service person, Greg, even told us how we could avoid the charge by taking our blind into the shop for the repair.

Susan helped us out and did a great job communicating and helping us pick out the right blinds. Installation was an excellent experience as well!

Fantastic customer service, help selecting the right product and quick convenient installation-only took an hour and was right on time. Installer was great and so efficient.
