The blinds I ordered arrived on time. I am very pleased with them. The quality is wonderful. The salesman, Jeff, was a great help. The installer was perfect. I would suggest one thing to people who have southern exposure. Be sure to order the blackout version of light colored blinds. I did so only for my bedroom because of the extra cost involved, but if I had it to do over I would have ordered it for the other two rooms as well. It doesn't really block out all the light but it makes it much less bright and that is helpful.

Hanna in sales was great to work with in selecting the right shade for our windows. Justin was excellent in keeping us informed of arrival time and did a great job with installation.
