Great service in our home by a prompt, friendly efficient service person. The on line payment system is great. The service person, Greg, even told us how we could avoid the charge by taking our blind into the shop for the repair.

The person (Justin) who installed my shades was phenomenal. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, but he shared that know-how with me. Justin hung seven remote-controlled blinds and they’re remarkable. I am so pleased.

Wanted to replace tired window coverings with no idea where to start. Called Susan at Custom Blinds and scheduled a convenient appointment. She listened carefully to my concerns and suggested beautiful alternatives. The next step was an appointment in my home where Susan helped me narrow down options until I was certain I had found just the right blinds. The order was delivered right as Susan said it would be. Monte came to my home exactly on time and professionally installed wth no mess. I could not be happier with my choice of Custom Blinds & Design. Worth every penny to buy from professionals.

The whole experience was smooth. From the first time with the sales rep to the installation, it all went flawlessly. Installation was fast and the shades look great and they work so smoothly. We were told it might be 6 to 8 weeks for delivery, but it ended up being only a month. Very pleased and would recommend Custom Blinds by Design to everyone.

Office was courteous and flexible as we scheduled a repair appointment as well as a follow-up appointment. Technician was early for both appointments, very knowledgeable and quite friendly. Got my issue taken care of in about 20 minutes. Would use this company again in a heartbeat for windows and blinds.

Simply stated, Custom Blinds And Design is the best in providing exceptional service with exceptional quality products. I used them to update our basement in our former home, had them do all our blinds in our new home, and now used them for a motorized blind on the west end of our deck. Justin came for an install of another product and also helped me trouble shoot all of my other issues on existing power view devices. He was so friendly and helpful with the app and devices. I would highly recommend them for all of your blind needs!
