The whole experience was smooth. From the first time with the sales rep to the installation, it all went flawlessly. Installation was fast and the shades look great and they work so smoothly. We were told it might be 6 to 8 weeks for delivery, but it ended up being only a month. Very pleased and would recommend Custom Blinds by Design to everyone.

Office was courteous and flexible as we scheduled a repair appointment as well as a follow-up appointment. Technician was early for both appointments, very knowledgeable and quite friendly. Got my issue taken care of in about 20 minutes. Would use this company again in a heartbeat for windows and blinds.

Working with Custom Blinds and Design was so easy. I have10-year old Hunter Douglas shades covering 6 windows that are at the top of very high walls. Raising and lowering the shades is done by a remote control. Changing the batteries on the shades required a very tall ladder and dozens of batteries. I thought I would need to purchase all new shades in order to have shades with solar power. But Jill from Custom Blinds and Design suggested another plan - - just removing the battery packs and adding solar packs to my windows. The men who installed the solar systems were experienced and made the switchover with no problems. I’m delighted with the results - - no more tall ladder and dozens of batters to replace! I’ll return to Custom Blinds and Design to solve all my window covering issues! Betsy
