Mrs. Coleman was extremely kind and courteous. She was very creative in exploring ways that I could qualify for an apartment In that beautiful location. May she be celebrated and generously compensated for going above and beyond!

Very friendly and efficient. Apartments look nice inside. The outside looks a little run down but not a huge deal.

I had a great experience while touring the complex. I was shown both the 1 and the 2 bedroom models. Strongly considering moving here, but the other reviews give me pause. At my age and physical limitations, I don’t need to fight battles for basic needs. I’m hoping the bad reviews are from disgruntled residents and based off of individual experiences.

Cheryl showed great hospitality as a tour guide and was super friendly. She always kept the conversation going which was really helpful for me.

Ms. Cheryl was nice and really funny. She broke down everything that was needed in order for me to understand the information. Looking forward to moving into my place.

Ms Cheryl was the sweetest woman while I was discussing my options with her! She made me feel heard and understood, especially with doing this on my own. Sweetest lady!

Josh did an excellent job showing me the apartment, but the overall condition and upkeep of the buildings was below my expectations.
