My neighbors mind their business, and the walls are thick enough that I’ve never heard my upstairs neighbors’ footsteps. (Are they even there? It’s a mystery! 🕵️‍♂️) Cleanliness Level = Expert: The pool, garden, and grills are always sparkling. Plus, the gym is super clean, so you have no excuse to skip your workout! 🫧🏊‍♂️🏋️‍♀️ Maintenance: They move faster than a pizza delivery. 🛠️💨 Utilities: All included except WiFi. But honestly, who needs a router when we have phones? haha 📶📱 One funny note on the bed: The provided bed was a bit too 'extra firm' for me—it didn’t quite work with my past disability, but it would probably be great for 'normal' people! lol 🛌 However, the staff was nice enough to let me use my own bed as long as I keep theirs in good standing to return later. Fiesta Village sent me a letter asking me to leave. I never made a lot of noise, I never had any complaints from neighbors, I olways treated the staff with respect and dignity; I always paid the rent on time. The staff stated that I was asked to leave because management wanted the apartment back. They would not even give me the chance to move to another apartment. I wonder what the real reason why I was asked to leave? Something seems fishy!!
