Everyone was fantastic when I went in to get my teeth cleaned. I was greeted with bright smiles and welcoming faces. The X-ray process was flawless 18 pictures in total - they made it seem easy and comfortable and laughed at my jokes. On top of this it was Halloween, the office was decorated. So nice to see especially during Covid times that people are trying to spread positivity. The team of hygienists were also wearing capes. My two favorite hygienist were the green and purple cape ones because they did great work! Thanks again - J

I came specifically for Gus. He is the master dental hygienist with the most winning personality. As a dental neutotic, I’m not only unafraid of getting a dental cleaning- I actually look forward to it. Gus is the best!

I recently visited Dr. Kaplan at Park Ave Smiles with my children and was quite pleased with the experience. Dr. Kaplan is a competent pediatric dentist who demonstrates patience and kindness with her young patients. Her calm demeanor made a noticeable difference in how my children responded to their dental treatments. The office itself is well-suited for children, featuring video games that help create a relaxed atmosphere. This was a nice touch that my kids appreciated. Additionally, the staff at the office were friendly and professional, contributing to a smooth visit.

Dr. Van did a fine job with our 2-year-old, but the office is deceptive in a predatory way. They prominently list Guardian as one of their in-network insurances and affirmed over the phone to me in advance that they take Guardian, then I got a $400 bill afterward. It took me 4 months to finally resolve the issue, with Park Smiles insisting the whole time that they were in the right because of my specific Guardian plan, but with their story changing constantly each time I pointed out a flaw in their reasoning. They do not really take Guardian in any meaningful way. Don't go there!

I love Park Smiles. They are excellent at what they do. They are patient and take there time explaining to you step by step what they have to do. They are awesome. So glad I found this place and that they accept my insurance.

I have been to Park smiles with my son a few times. Each time I go there, I am further impressed by their cleanliness, professionalism, and the way they are kind to each child. Dr Lombardi has a true way to work with little boys. Lisa from billing takes the time to explain to you the insurance plans and how this affects payments. I highly recommend Park Smiles.

I love Park smiles!! My daughter was incredibly nervous and the dentist took her time to help her feel comfortable and know exactly what was happening. She was so patient with my daughter. She performed the least invasive procedure to treat her cavity. I would highly recommend as my daughter was crying and resisting treatment. But she persisted as she wanted to make sure that she was pain free and didn't have a future fear of the dentist. 5 star service

Dr. Shari is an incredibly professional and amazing dentist — very careful, meticulous, and detail-oriented. Gustavo was wonderful as amazing. This was my first teeth cleaning, so I didn’t know what to expect, but it turned out to be a great experience. I’m already looking forward to my next cleaning — and it will definitely be with Gustavo.

I am truly a scary cat when it comes to Dentist. I had a cracked tooth and call Park Smiles NYC and they were so kind and lovely to speak with over the phone, they accommodated me right away for an appointment 🙃. I cannot rave enough about the office staff and the doctors that saw me. They made me feel comfortable, eased and soothe my mind. I was in tears 😢 in the dentist chair 💺 when the called me in, an the dential assistant was beyond lovely consoling me and my fears, then this sweet doctor came in and did the same, the work she did on my teeth did not hurt a bit and she told me everything she was going to do step, by step. I had to see the surgeon for an extraction he was also very kind, and when he was doing the extraction I felt no pain at all even after I got home, how awesome is that. The whole office staff down to the doctors were very professional, kind and show empathy, and that does not come often.
