I'm not a person that usually leaves feedbacks. However the experience I had with HYS Tax & Accounting Firm was out of the ordinary. I own a small business not too big but very important. I had bad experience with another account where I paid for filing and stuff was never filed. I owed back taxes for quite a few years. I was threatened with Levy's and other stuff. A friend recommended me, and as soon as they take my took my case they calmed me down and they told me you just continue with your work will take the headaches for you. Jonathan is the best accountant you will ever find. The man is a walking tax encyclopedia. HYS is a life saver - I've gone to many accountants and some were good and some were just noticeably terrible. What I liked about HYS was that they really take the time to get to know their client. They will call, email or even text you throughout the deduction process, with the aim of getting you back your biggest return possible. For the first time ever I got my biggest return with these guys. Some accountants just see doing taxes as a chore and it shows negatively in their work ethic. But with HYS you can clearly see that they actually enjoy numbers (even if you don't) and they will take the time to explain what can be categorized as an itemized deduction (which was helpful because I am not well versed with what can be written off).
