Luis is great with our dog. He always comes home so obedient. We board him there when on vacation, he gets groomed there and goes daycare.

I recently had a behavior problem with my dog. . With one visit to the house Luis came and trained myself and my wife . Within an 1hr our dog was broken of his bad behavior and we walked away with a ton of Knowledge. Luis is the real deal! His knowledge and Training is top shelf! Luis has trained Mack and myself for a couple of years . He not only is a great trainer , he also becomes friend. He constantly shares great training advice and you feel part of his family! Awesome trainer and person!!!! Spoke to Luis (Trainer /Owner) for over an hour on the phone to make sure I was choosing the right trainer for our Boxer PUP! He answered all my questions and then some. I like the fact that he is a no BS type of person, just a real down to earth guy telling you like it is and looking to help you reach your training goals. After speaking to a few trainers we decided Luis (Campknine)was the right man for the job. We signed up for a puppy foundation training package (5 classes.) Each class is 30 minutes as a puppies attention span is about 10 to 15 min. max. However, after the class Luis took the time to speak to us in detail on the type of adult dog we ultimately want to have, and then proceeded to show us some of the dogs he was training. 2 hours later we were done! No rush job, or making you feel like he just wants your $$. Like I said, a real nice guy who makes you feel like he really cares and wants you to be happy with your dog at the end. If your looking for someone to teach your dog to sit, lie down and do tricks, he’s probably not the guy. If you want a true Professional Trainer to help you develop a well mannered, obedient, impulse controlled awesome adult dog, I truly believe Luis is the man. Thanks Joe & Judy UPDATE: It’s been about 8 months since I wrote my review and started JAXX’S training. I am not one for writing reviews however, I know this is the best way to say thank you to Luis and Campknine as well as help people in need of choosing the right Dog Trainer. I want to update everyone on my Pups progress. I will start by saying WOWWWW…! Luis is a magnificent trainer, a true dog lover and has been gifted a talent that he’s so freely willing to share with everyone. My dog Jaxx recently turned 12m old, and as I reflect back on what he has accomplished, it is nothing short of AMAZING! He has by far already surpassed even my wildest obedience expectations. I never thought I can have a dog as obedient as Jaxx. My belief was that dogs like that were only owned by dog trainers. In only 8 short months, Jaxx has already garnered two certifications and very close to a 3rd (AKC STAR Puppy & Level-1 Puppy Obedience Certification.) Jaxx has been ready for his AKC- (CGC) Canine Good Citizen certification that he will test for very shortly. I will owe that accomplishment to Luis. In closing, I again want to say thank you to Luis and CampKnine for making what I never thought possible… POSSIBLE! Luis, Mike and staff are terrific caregivers. They are calm and attentive which soothes both dogs and owners. I had heard about Camp K9 through my daughter who used the facility for boarding and training. I recently needed to board my mother’s dog while she was in the hospital. The staff took excellent care of Skippy. When my mother was released it quickly became evident she would not be able to care for Skippy. In desperation and panic I called Luis again explaining that I was not sure how long I need to board Skippy because I had begun the surrender process with MCSPCA due to the circumstances. Not only did they welcome Skippy back but helped him thrive. Luis took the initiative to find someone to adopt Skippy and walked me through the paperwork. If I could give Camp K9 10 stars I would. The owner Luis and his staff truly care about the dogs and their well being.

Camp K Nine has been a great resource for us with our dog. We started going when our dog Ghost was only a few months old and it has helped us so much. We have never owned a big dog before and it was a huge learning curve. Luis always took the time to make sure we understood the best way to work with our dog and improve our relationship with him. He truly cares about the dogs that he works with and it shows. He continues to help us navigate being a dog owner and I’m so glad to have a place we can turn to with questions and to continue learning. I recommend Camp K Nine to everyone!!

Freya and I have been training with Luis at Camp K9 for several months, including a 5 week board and train, plus 1on1 sessions and Saturday’s with a wonderful group. This training has been life changing. And we board with them too. My wife and I have had dogs our entire lives and never needed professional guidance before. We adopted a highly reactive dog who had spent 2 years in the shelter. We were out of our depth. Luis and the staff at Camp K Nine didn’t just train the dog. They taught us how to train the dog and how to continue developing so many positive behaviors at home. We used to dread walking her. Now it’s the highlight of the day. Our dog who used to lose her mind at the sight of other dogs, now goes to group training in the park. All three of our lives are better because of Camp K Nine. I can’t say enough good things about them.

I highly recommend Camp k nine services! Luis has done a amazing job on training our anxious dog Tralfaz . Luis is very knowledgeable personable and truly cares about the dogs and staff They take such great care of our Tralfaz while we’re away on vacation 🐶 My husband and I have tried many other boarding facilities And they don’t compare to Camp K nine We trust Luis and his staff 100%!! If it weren’t for them there would be no vacations, lol Thank you Luis and his Camp K Nine staff!! We appreciate all you do!!!!
