I began working with David Katz on my pool project this spring. From our first meeting, I was excited about my new pool. David is very creative, but he also listened to what I wanted. His concept took into consideration my house and my yard. I wanted something natural - like it had always been there. The end product was a pool and landscaping that exceeded my expectations. There were some challenges along the way. David was very engaged - responding to texts and emails promptly. He assured me that my project would get done and I would be satisfied. That couldn't be more true. I have been so pleased with my experience that I will do another project with Land of Elite in the spring! I would like to recognize Julio and his co-worker who worked on the patio. They are craftsmen. Also, to Peter, who pushed the project over the finish line. Bravo!

We hired Elite to build a pool into a slope in our yard, and they created an oasis. Our experience with them was flawless, and we highly recommend them.

Excellent design that opened up possibilities we hadn't considered for how we could move and integrate the rest of our property with our deck and new pool. While the project was about putting in a pool, now even the morning coffee on the deck is so much nicer.

David came out to do a consultation on our property and he truly is a visionary (which is obvious in his work)! He immediately pointed out where things should go and gave us pointers on the flow of our property. He was so much fun to talk to and very knowledgeable. My family met with David for a consultation on a potential backyard makeover project (gunite pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, firepit). While we have been talking to several companies about our project, David and Land of Elite immediately stood out from the rest. David took the time to understand exactly what we want and how we want to use our yard. After getting a thorough understanding of our project / desires, David immediately began discussing the potential of our property. We have a slope in our yard that other firms have found challenging, but David approached the potential issue as an opportunity to create a unique space consisting of multiple levels. By the time we finished our consultation, David had actually drawn up a potential vision of what we could do with our property. David's ideas were unique, exciting, different from any others we have received and most importantly more than we could have envisioned being capable with our yard. Not only did David have ideas about the specific project, but he had a vision of other things that could be done with our yard to create a true 'dream backyard'. We were very excited about the ideas David was able to come up with in a 2 hour consultation. We look forward to potentially working with David going forward and seeing what other ideas he could have in the design phase of our project.

Land of Elite fixed a drainage issue at my house that multiple other companies could not figure out a solution too. Project was completed timely and affordably! Extremely satisfied.

We recently moved into our home and we wanted to eliminate steps to the front porch as well as redo the driveway. Having no idea how to do away with steps and still have front entrance accesible we reached out to Land of Elite. David Katz came to our home and came up with a plan that I never would have come up with on my own. He envisioned a circular driveway that would come up to a new walkway to the front steps and also repalce the current steps. The driveway would then lead down to the garage where there would be a large apron. In the middle of the circle he envisoned a grass area with a flagpole in the middle. We had wanted additional lighting and David proposed some walkway lights and a large light post at the entrance to the driveway. My wife and I were blown away by the design idea and even more so by the finished product. The many workers who were here at various times were all personable and professional. David came by several times to see where the progress was. I highly recommend The Land of Elite, both for it's conceptual ideas and quality of work performed. Oh yes, we previously had nine steps leading to front door, we now have two.
