After Helene, my family and I were lost and up against it like so many other families, and unfortunately were burned by several contracting companies before we were blessed to find Semper Fi. No one wants to be in this position of having to have their house put back together after such a catastrophic storm, but we were so fortunate to have found a company who helped put us back together both physically and emotionally, and made the process so easy and painless. From day one they were communicative, transparent, and were with us every step of the way to bring our house back. In fact, the crew has done such a great job with building back our property that we will use them for future projects without a doubt.

I was in the middle of a shower remodel when the plumber found that structural framework was missing. He told me that I needed a contractor and drawings from a structural engineer as it wouldn’t pass inspection. That was a moment of stress. A friend recommended I call Semper FI. Lucky me they just opened a restoration division. Aaron Gogolin and his team came out the next day! They even found an engineer in Florida that could get me drawings in a week as engineers in Asheville area were two weeks out. Then they found a great framer and had the job back on track in less than a week. I can’t say enough about Aaron and his team. They were so kind, thorough and helpful. My home was severely damaged from Hurricane Helene with roof damage which caused water damage inside my home; water damage under my home due to flooding; flooding also damaged my deck. I immediately contacted Semper Fi Restoration & Repair for help because I knew I could trust them completely. They have impeccable integrity.
