I was initially very hesitant before getting anything done to my face , but the team at Starwood have been amazing and made me feel very comfortable. A big shout out for Neri , who is absolutely brilliant at what she does and is very gentle and careful while doing the treatment . Francesca at the Frisco store too is very friendly and helpful each time I call to change my appointment or have any questions. Overall a great experience at Starwood Spa.
