The disclosures packed for the property we were interested in didn't mention some of the issues unraveled by Red Shield Inspections. James and Alicia are thorough, professional and pleasant to work with. They went the extra mile taking the time to answer all our questions and doing the walkthrough. Afterwards we had followup questions they were always available by phone and took time to answer all the questions. As a follow-up they recommended a very good general contractor to get realistic estimates on the things that needed to be addressed. Couldn't be happier with the service and the reasonable pricing. I would highly recommend this company.
