Prestige Kitchen and Bath designed and remodeled our kitchen, bar area and two bathrooms. Our designer, Jessica Mansala, collaborated with us on our design vision along with developing much needed functionality of the spaces. She provided us with several rendering options, but was also flexible as plans and ideas evolved. We found Jessica to be attentive to our needs, always available and professional to work with. The construction crew were amazing as well. They were skilled craftsmen that arrived on time, took pride in their work and could tackle any job on this project. Marcin even identified a hidden plumbing issue which was out of the scope of the original design plans. He went above and beyond to address this issue and saved us a potential headache down the road. There was no part of our project that we felt was overlooked, and we are excited to show off our new home and functionality to family and friends. After researching several companies, we felt most comfortable with Prestige Kitchen & Bath and their designer, Jessica Maslana. From the very beginning, Jessica listened to our desire and concept about enlarging our very small and outdated kitchen bringing the concept to reality by transforming the area to the best possible use of space. We have used Prestige for 3 separate remodeling projects. We had a full Kitchen remodel and Master Bath remodel a few years ago. We choose Prestige for their references, their fair pricing and also for their great designer, Christina. She made all of the choices we needed to make, easy for someone like me that gets overwhelmed with all of the details. When we needed the guest bath remodeled, we worked with Ron on the design which turned out great. Ivan was in charge of this last project and was very easy to work with and very detail oriented. He gave us daily updates and brought up solutions for the small details. He made the whole process painless even with it being during the holiday season. We would highly recommend Prestige.

We had a wonderful experience with Lindsay. From design to completion (all when we had a baby on the way)! The design experience was great and the construction went as well as possible. The crew stayed as clean as they could and it was doable to live in the room attached to the bathroom being renovated. When issues came up, Lindsay was responsive and came up with the solution. We even got it done before the baby arrived.

My house is 60 years old and it feels like it. We were finally able to give our bathroom a much needed facelift. Megan came and measured and drew up the design. I opted for the middle tier quality which we are very happy with. We replaced everything in that old bathroom. It went from a dark tan orange to a beautiful  gray and white veined quartz. The room looks brighter and bigger and gives off the spa vibe. Love it! That’s exactly what this old house needed. Prestige Kitchen and Bath remodeled my bathroom last year and I’m finally getting around to writing about my experience. I have to say I am impressed with the craftsmanship and quality of service I was provided. Alex was my designer and knocked it out of the ballpark. He helped with the design and helped me pick out the cabinetry, tiles and granite top. The showroom has a great selection to choose from and it’s daunting with all the possibilities to choose from. He made it easy and I’m very happy with our selections. Julian and his crew worked on it daily for 2.5 weeks. We had a couple of days where we had to wait for parts but for the most part, it was a smooth process. It’s amazing that they have crews for different jobs like a plumber, electrician, the tile people. Etc. But they all work out the schedule so it’s quite efficient. The bathroom is spectacular and a year later, I still can’t believe it’s as beautiful as ever.

I’m finally able to sit down and tell you about my experience with Prestige Kitchen and Bath. I had my kitchen completely remodeled a few months ago. I waited for years to do this and had a lot of questions along the way. Christina was my designer and was very patient with me. She helped me pick out my cabinets, backsplash and countertop. She recommended getting rid of my peninsula to make it into an island. I never knew they had such names. In the end, it turned out gorgeous! It was not cheap, but we worked within my budget and the end price was not far off from the original quote. The contractors came daily and did excellent work. They put up plastic from ceiling to floor so that the dust didn’t get all over my house. I love my new kitchen. I only wish I did this sooner!

I recently had my master bath remodeled by Prestige Kitchen and Bath and couldn't be happier with the results. Alex our project manager, was knowledgeable in the construction process and provided valuable suggestions on product selection and keeping the project within our budget. Ivan was instrumental in my remodel of a mid 1950 bathroom. He arrived timely, explained and fixed any unplanned issues. He cleaned and swept the work area at the end of every day. Upon completion, a deeper cleaning was done leaving a much cleaner and brighter bathroom. Job well done

Their team members were all courteous, clean and respectful of us and our home. Demo went quickly and they did a great job removing materials and limiting interruptions from this process. My wife and I were impressed with their construction expertise and their ability to move the project forward and sequence construction steps to ensure the best quality of craftsmanship. Prestige uses the best quality of materials based on their years of experience. While some of these materials may have cost more up-front, they have the experience to know that these higher quality materials will stand the test of time and are worth the additional investment for the homeowner. Their crews were true craftsmen in plumbing, electrical work, fabrication and laying tile. We selected challenging tile materials, patterns and color variation. Their work was beautiful and exceeded our very high expectations. Contracting and project completion - As two financial advisors, my wife and I appreciated Prestige’s straightforward contracting, pricing and project estimation practice which were consistent from start to finish. They did not take advantage of situations where we made decisions to add features or more complex designs. They were a pleasure to work with and there were no surprises. We hired Megan and Prestige for our master bathroom remodel, and we honestly couldn’t be happier. From the beginning, she was friendly, easy to talk to, and really listened to what we wanted in the space. She helped us completely reconfigure the space. Everything turned out beautiful. The big shower niche is one of our favorite parts! It holds all our stuff and looks great. And our vanity has a drawer with an outlet built in, which we didn’t even know we needed but now love for our toothbrushes. Lindsay is absolutely the best!!! She was able to transform our very outdated kitchen into the kitchen of our dreams. We love our bathroom it turned out exactly like our dream bathroom! After having 3 different companies come and show us their designs and quotes we went with Prestige. Lindsay was the only one who came up with a different idea on how to change the space without having to move plumbing, etc. Working with her was very easy. As with all construction there were some issues but they were addressed immediately. The people she worked with were very considerate of our home and always cleaned up after they were done for the day. We have recommended Prestige to others and would use them (especially Lindsay) again.

We absolutely LOVE our kitchen!!! Lindsay Dingmann was great to work with and she did a phenomenal job!! We couldn’t have dreamed of a more beautiful master bathroom. Jessica has a passion for excellence. We have enjoyed working with her on all aspects of the design, material selection and construction. Long overdue review but better late than never. 😀 Prestige completed a full kitchen remodel for us in February 2024. We started our process of investigating remodeling companies way back in early 2023. We were paired with Christina and she was great to work with. Neither my wife or I have an eye for design and didn’t have a lot of specific features or aesthetics we wanted. Christina was so patient with us from initial design all the way through final finish selections. We had a large space to work with but it was not optimized well due to some of the area being part of a house addition. Her initial design to close up an ill placed office door and put in new French doors to the office through the dining room was something we never would have thought of ourselves. Once the work started, Peter and his crew were great to work with. We had a few communication issues through the remodel, but mostly around some last minute changes/additions being made to the project. Nothing that didn’t get worked out and we were learning as well as this was our first major remodel. We’re so happy with our new kitchen as well as refinished floors on the whole level of the house. Would recommend Prestige to anyone and would use them again for future projects.

We just finished a kitchen and 2 bath projects with Prestige Kitchen & Bath. Jessica was our designer and project lead -she was awesome! Although, it's never fun to go through any major home renovations, Jessica and her crew made the overall process as easy as possible. She worked with us through the design, listened to our wishlists, and helped us when we were at crossroads and/or indecisiveness. Great communication - easy to get answers for any questions; site visits throughout the projects to touch base with the crew and making sure everything was going well. Our projects were on budget and relatively on schedule. We made some changes, which accounted for some expected added cost and slight delays (waiting for new cabinet replacements, etc), but it was not bad or outrageous. I really feel their goal is to make their clients happy! Totally recommend if you are looking at kitchen/bath remodel!

We used Prestige on a full kitchen gut job in November 2023. We have a small kitchen (10x10) and decided to also knock down a wall to open up our kitchen, living and dining room. Jessica was our design consultant/Project Manager. I purposely only wanted one person to be charge of the whole project. Jessica was a good listener, had some great ideas. The project took almost two months. We love the results! It came out just as we anticipated. The cost was what was discussed. Miro the construction builder was a real artist. He took pride in his work and it showed. He can do almost anything! They also have a 5 year labor guarantee, which is a nice bonus. Would definitely recommend.

Choosing Prestige proved to be a wonderful experience from start to finish. Lindsay was supportive throughout the design process, helping ease the anxiety of critical decisions and always displaying incredible patience, professionalism and responsiveness. She understood me, my style, and goals and worked to make sure all of that was reflected in both the process and the end result. Not only was the project done on time and on budget as promised, but everyone we worked with on his team was exceptionally thoughtful and easy to work with. The crews showed up on time. They did high quality work. Our project manager Peter coordinated all the activities seamlessly and flexible with our schedules. The primary tradesman assigned to our project (Robert) was AMAZING! We plan to go back to Prestige for our next home project.

We hired Prestige Kitchen & Bath to remodel both of our bathrooms. We did a complete overhaul of our primary bath with a tub to shower conversion and more of a cosmetic upgrade in our hall bath. Overall, it was a great experience. The project was done ahead of schedule and within our budget with no surprises. I would absolutely recommend Prestige for remodeling projects. Everyone we worked with - the designers at Prestige, their partners in plumbing supply and lighting and the contractors assigned to our project were fantastic. Our bathrooms are smaller spaces and we were not only seeking to upgrade the look but also maximize the space. As we do not have a sense of design, we were looking for help in showing us what our bathrooms could look like and Prestige delivered. We first met with the designers, Alex and Lindsay who came into our home and asked us a lot of questions about our style and design preferences. They were both very warm, answered all of our questions and took their time to explain the process. We felt very comfortable with both of them as they really listened to us and our concerns. Next, we went to their showroom and after seeing all of their options in flooring, tile, cabinets, countertops, etc. we knew we wanted to move forward working with them. They provided detailed renderings of what the spaces would look like, which is what we were looking for. The renderings reflected beautiful design choices as well as improved functionality. Alex ended up taking the lead on the project and was great to work with throughout. He answered all of our questions in a timely manner and was always readily available. Alex gave us a realistic time frame as well as what to expect during construction. We were set up with Peter and his crew for construction and everyone on his team was so friendly and courteous. They always arrived each day when they said they would and cleaned up at the end of each day. There were a couple of hiccups where choices we picked out ended up being discontinued but Alex came up with solutions that worked well. The quality of the tiling in the shower conversion, pony wall and flooring is top of the line. The design choices maximized our spaces and the process itself was not really stressful to us. I can’t say enough about how amazing both bathrooms turned out.

We used Prestige Kitchen & Bath to remodel 2 full bathrooms, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Everything was completed with quality and in less time than what they estimated in their proposal (it helped that all materials were in stock and delivered before construction began). Lindsay did a great job of helping my husband and I blend our sometimes conflicting opinions into a design for each bathroom that we both were really happy with. When we had a specific tile request for one bathroom that wasn’t in their show room, Lindsay jumped in and helped us search other vendors to find a perfect fit for the design. The crew that did the renovation, Julian and Esteban, were both very friendly and polite and knew what they were doing. Both bathrooms were completely gutted, and one bathroom required moving the plumbing to a different wall. They left the work area very clean and contained each day to minimize disruption to our lives. Julian was very patient and accommodating with my requests, and he was able to solve some unexpected challenges without adding cost. It was on time, on budget, and turned out exactly as designed (maybe even better). It wasn’t cheap, but also not the most expensive quote we got. I would hire them again without hesitation for any future projects.

We selected Prestige Kitchen & Baths to remodel two of our bathrooms a little less than 4 years ago. Recently, the tiles in the main bathroom started coming up. I called Ron and he immediately went to work on finding the tile that we had used. When the same tile could not be located, I was able to select a new tile from their showroom. Once the tile was in Ivan came to redo the flooring. He was so careful that he didn't damage the vanity or anything else that had been done in the bathroom. He was so pleasant to have in our home! Ron was extremely helpful in providing design options for tile, counter top and fixtures for my bathroom and flooring for the bedroom. He was very easy to work with. We completely remodeled our master bathroom. Christina's design paved the way. There were many decisions on the finishes and fixtures we made and the variety of choices gave us many options. Demolition interfered with our normal routines but ultimately it was worth it. Prestige connected us with financing with Green Sky and we have zero interest for a year to pay back the loan.

We had a very good experience working with Prestige Kitchen and Bath to remodel our bathroom. Jessica Maslana was our Design Specialist; she created a nice design based on our wants and needs, was responsive and easy to work with and worked well to manage communication with the construction team. The quality of work was excellent, a few minor adjustments had to be made during the project but nothing had to be reworked and it looks great. We hope to remodel our other bathroom and work with Prestige again.

Wow - Prestige did an amazing job on our kitchen remodel. We are so happy we listened to Ron's recommendations. He suggested we make our peninsula into an island, thereby opening up the kitchen and making it look much bigger. Jacob and his crew are like a well-oiled machine. They had someone who repaired/replaced hardwood flooring, an electrician to add extra circuit breakers, plumbers and cabinetry installers. I did not have to worry about a single detail. We recently had our kitchen remodeled with Prestige Kitchen and Bath, the bathroom and kitchen remodeler in Arlington Heights. Christina Catalano was our designer and project manager. We had met with several remodeling companies prior to Prestige. All of them had invited us to their showrooms, looked at the pictures of our kitchen and had given us a pretty wide dollar range without giving anything more concrete until some kind of commitment from us. What we liked about Prestige is that Christina came to our house a couple of days after our initial call, listened to what we wanted, took all measurements and a week later she invited us to the showroom, gave us a proposal with a concrete number and computer renderings of what we had in mind for the kitchen and also a couple of variations and options (like any self-respecting designer would do!) Christina advised us that the project would take about 2 months – it took closer to 3 months but mostly it was because of Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays and because of us taking vacations twice during the project, so overall it was about what they had promised. The planning was done very well – the demolition started right on time, the cabinets arrived the week we were told they would arrive, we were notified when each contractor would be at the house. All contractors were highly skilled which helped to ease our anxiety since the work involved moving plumbing and HVAC pipes. Christina Catalano is a very experienced designer with knowledge of all phases of construction and she always had a solution or advice on how to work around a problem. Our kitchen is beautiful and the new design makes it look bigger. We hear compliments about the design all the time. We are happy with the work Prestige did and would recommend the company to others.

They removed the old one and installed a new one, I want to thank Ron, Christina, Jakob and Chris for helping me with this project. We worked with Prestige to renovate a tiny half bath in our home. While the room was small, the project itself was quite complex, including re-routing HVAC and plumbing. Jessica Maslana was very helpful in coordinating the project and helping design in view of the limitations of the space and Merik did an exceptional job on the renovation itself. The project was also completed on time and in the scope of our budget.

Prestige did a wonderful job on my bathroom remodel. My designer was Christina and she did a fabulous job providing me with different options for layout, colors, hardware, etc. She was helpful in providing suggestions and opinions. They have a whole crew that does everything. Plumbing, electric, painting, tiling, etc. The team was friendly, respectful and did a great job at letting me know what days/times they would be there. I had an issue with my bathtub arriving damaged (twice) by the manufacturer and they handled all of the details of sending it back and having a new one delivered. I didn't have to handle anything. I really enjoyed my experience and would recommend Prestige and Christina to anyone looking for a remodel!

We used Prestige in fall 2022 to gut our kitchen and take down existing walls opening the area into our dining room and living room. Our designer, Jessica, was fantastic. She listened to our style, was very patient, and offered guidance throughout the entire process. She was very communicative and looked out for our best interest along the way. She made sure everything ran smoothly and was the perfect liaison between us and the contractors. The end result of our kitchen turned out beautifully and I would definitely recommend both Prestige and Jessica for any kitchen remodel.

We had our Master bathroom done by Prestige Kitchen and Bath. We were delighted with the craftmanship of the remodeling job. A special shout out to Ivan for the tilework he did in the bathroom as some of the glass tiles we chose were apparently not easy to work with. The entire crew who did work at the house was courteous and friendly. Alex, our salesperson, and Lindsay worked together to help us come up with a design which was to our liking. In all, the Master bathroom remodel was what we had hoped to get when we first got started.

We had Prestige Kitchen & Bath remodel our bathroom. Lindsay was our designer. She presented us with several choices for cabinets, countertops, and tile flooring. We requested several modifications to the layout of our bathroom, and Lindsay had great ideas on how to accomplish these changes. It really helped that she was able to show us what our new bathroom would look like on their 55” screen using a 3D software program. One of the reasons we chose Prestige was that their proposal was so detailed we felt there wouldn’t be any surprises along the way that would add $$ at the end. We were very pleased with their workers at each stage of the project. Even the double layer of plastic/cloth tarps that they applied at the beginning of the project to our carpeting was more thorough than what we had experienced with other projects. Their workers we very experienced and really hustled to complete each stage of the project as it progressed from demolition to the finish work. The new bathroom looks great, and we didn’t pay a penny more than the original quote. We highly recommend Prestige Kitchen & Bath.

We used Prestige in Summer 2022 to remodel two full bathrooms, including reconfiguring our primary suite to include a larger bathroom and walk-in closet space. We initially met with our designer, Lindsay, at the beginning of the year. She did a walk-through and measuring of the space, and we were soon shown a 3D render of her ideas along with an initial quote. She did a great job understanding my vision for the space and making edits based on our input. We made our cabinet/tile/countertop selections in their showroom, which we found easy to navigate, and were shown materials at various price-points. When it was time to sign off on the work, we had a good idea of the cost, what was included, and what our project would end up looking like. The work for our project started around when we expected it to, and we were initially told it would be about 4-6 weeks to complete. Things started smoothly, but issues with permits and needing to order additional materials put us about 2-3 weeks behind schedule. During that time, we were able to monitor the progress, request adjustments, and check in with our contractor Fernando and his crew. When the project was finished, we sent over a punch list of some final items, which were completed fully and promptly. The final product looked exactly as we had hoped, and we now have two beautifully updated bathrooms. We are overall very pleased with the work that Prestige did. Highlights: - Working with Lindsay was easy. She did a great design that met our needs and gave excellent suggestions on materials that understood my taste. She was responsive and helped take care of issues that came up throughout the project. I would highly recommend working with her. - The contractors did great work and a good job of minimizing mess. When they were finished, our garage was even cleaner than it had been before they started. They fixed issues promptly. - The showroom met our needs, and I appreciated the recommendations of where to look for additional materials that we needed to purchase (light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, etc.). - The final product looked exactly as I had hoped. Feedback: - We often felt like we needed to take initiative with communication, especially when it came to timeline and progress. - We had a couple of issues with communication between Prestige and the permit inspections that put us behind schedule. - There were a couple of damages to our walls that needed to be fixed as well as a broken light fixture that needed to be replaced. In both instances, we needed to take initiative in getting the issues resolved. - We were surprised by some additional costs that we were given at the end of the project that we felt could have been sooner and better communicated. Overall, it took longer and cost more than we were hoping, but the spaces look beautiful and will be a great value add to our home. We would recommend Prestige to others.

Overall it was a pretty good experience. Our design specialist Jessica was very easy to work with and incredibly well informed. The end result is fantastic and we are quite pleased with our newly remodeled bathroom. The project took quite a bit longer than anticipated, ran a bit over budget, and had several hiccups along the way. On the whole it was far from a perfect experience but what is? With that said I would still definitely recommend this company, and Jessica, if you are looking to do a custom bath or kitchen.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience with Prestige Kitchen and Bath in Arlington Heights. I hired them to remodel my sad little bathroom, never dreaming how incredibly beautiful it would turn out. Ivan, who did most of the work, began the demolition by removing the tub. I still don’t know how he did it! But out it came to eventually make room for a gorgeous walk-in shower. Ron, the owner, told me at the start of the project, that Ivan is a genius with tile work, and he couldn’t have been more correct. Lindsay, the brilliant designer on the project, picked out the beautiful tile for the shower and even went out of her way to accommodate my mobility issues and bring tile and cabinet samples to my home for approval. When Ivan began putting the tile in the shower and I saw the project starting to take shape, I was truly in awe. The results at every step were amazing, to say the least. Ivan is one of the most (if not the most) professional, hardworking, and dedicated workers I have ever known. The bathroom turned out beautifully, in large part due to his work ethic and talent. Thank you again to the entire Prestige team—Ron, Lindsay, Ivan, John, and the glass door guys. Everything is just so beautiful.

The owner, the employees, and designers are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, easy to communicate with, and willing to work hard to complete the vision developed with the designer for my new kitchen in a timely manner. The workmen are efficient, extremely careful, highly skilled, and clean up at the end of the day. I live in a condo and the other three people on my side of the building were quite impressed during the whole process and when they came in to see what my kitchen looks like now.

We love our new bathroom. Our project was a total gut remodel after prior homeowner's did a terrible DIY job. Ron and Joyce were professional, clearly communicated with us, and delivered a gorgeous bathroom. We did our research and compared Prestige with three other competitors, but we decided on Prestige because of their showroom design options, accurate project scope / timeline, team of craftsmen, and their fair pricing. They are not the least expensive and not the most expensive choice, but for us that was not the point - we needed buyer's security that we will receive a professional bathroom that will protect our home value and children. Christina, who performed as our designer and project manager, was critical to our success from the beginning through the end of the project. She listened carefully to our objectives and used her creative design skills to develop a beautiful and functional design meeting and really exceeding all our objectives. Throughout the project, she communicated clearly, setting realistic expectations and letting us know when options may lead to higher costs than we initially budgeted. She helped us offset higher costs in some areas where required like new hardwood floors with lower costs in other areas like lighting fixtures and floor rugs. As with any older home, surprises were found in the original construction that impacted our original design, but Christina always came back with new design ideas and brought in new experts to still deliver a wonderful solution. She also has great attention to detail and persevered with manufacturers to get issues resolved. Overall, the entire team from Prestige was timely, professional, polite, helpful, and hardworking. When we are ready to undertake our next remodeling project, we will start with Prestige and Christina.

I have only positive things to say about Prestige. From our very first phone call with the owner to the project completion, I have no complaints. Our designer was Jessica. She was competent, professional, and a joy to work with. Her design concepts were excellent. She listened to what I wanted and made great suggestions when I needed decision-making help! She was our contact person throughout our kitchen remodel and was always responsive and followed up. The contractor assigned to our project was hard-working, competent, and meticulous. He showed up on time each day, worked hard, and cleaned up each evening. He was very easy to communicate with and quite patient with our questions and expectations. Ivan has come up with suggestions that might make things look even better and then let us decide, we usually went with his advice as he has had the experience. In every case his suggestions were head on and we are glad we listened.The completed project far exceeded our expectations. We are now in the process of doing our second bathroom and powder room. Working with Ron and his crews were great. All very helpful and explained everything. Showed us options as they went along. Ron made suggestion to put a new stove top in as well as getting rid of cabinet knobs that matched the counter top, but were to distracting.. We took his advice and everything just pops. Ivan gave suggestions and showed pictures for us to decide which way tile should go for backsplash and if we should stay flush with cabinets or go out to counter edge. This is the second time I used Prestige Kitchen and Bath. First time was to remodel a half bathroom and the second was to replace a kitchen tile backsplash. They did a great job on both. Work was done on time and the workers took great pride in their work. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality work at a reasonable price.

We selected Prestige Kitchen & Bath after evaluating a couple of bids for remodeling & tub-to-shower conversion of our hall bathroom. Their price was competitive and they had a couple of factors that gave them an edge. First was some great design assistance. We came in to their spacious, well-appointed showroom and our design consultant Christina had pre-selected a number of material options for my wife to choose from, based on preliminary input on what she was looking for. So, were able to wrap up all the material selections and finalize the contract, all in one place, in just a couple hours’ time. One stop shopping is great. Bill, who built our project, was the consummate pro. Every step from demolition to finishing touches was performed with care and an eye for detail. Attention was given to minimizing dust migration into the rest of the house and the work area was cleaned up and organized at the end of each day. Bottom line – the project was done on budget and in a reasonably timely manner. Ron, the owner, is a stand-up guy. We couldn’t be more pleased with the end results and wouldn’t hesitate to work with Prestige again if we undertook another kitchen or bath project. As an aside, we selected Hansgrohe lavatory and bath faucets and fixtures because of the brand's reputation, prior experience with Grohe products (same heritage, different company) and the word we got that Hansgrohe products would be more trouble free and reliable. While I don't doubt the quality of the engineering and manufacture of the Hansgrohe products we selected, at a PREMIUM price point, the finishes on some of the fixtures are a REAL disappointment. Several of them exhibit severe water spotting, even when wiped down immediately after use. Hansgrohe, when contacted through the distributor, blamed it on our water quality and suggested using CLR and car polish. That explanation might hold water (pun intended) if every plumbing fixture and faucet in the house had the same problem - but they do not. We've got Grohe, Kohler and Moen fixtures elsewhere in our home and NONE of them have the same spotting issues as the Hansgrohe fixtures. Not going to recommend what brand of fixtures you SHOULD use, but I suggest you steer clear of Hansgrohe.

We love our new bathrooms and laundry room! Ron, Jessica and the rest of the Prestige team were very easy to work with. We didn't have a lot of space but they helped us build the perfect design for our new home. We couldn't be happier with how the project turned out and we would highly recommend them to anyone we know!

Prestige - kudos & applause! They remodeled a bathroom for us and new counter tops and backsplash for the kitchen. Just an incredible experience from making choices of materials with Ron and Lindsey, to the neatest demolish and haul away by Fernando and Alex (NOT easy from 2nd floor!), to rebuilding and giving us a new bathroom! The tiling done by Ivan was premier work and exact! The completion of work by this team in the bathroom was simply grand. Their neat, precise work in our kitchen is noteworthy. Again, a neat, professional tear out and then all new going in. Such thoughtfulness and fabulous planning. (And their sensitivity during Covid, well done!) The final painting of our rooms - the neatest, best painting we have ever had in years. Thank you, Julian! Wow! We know why they are "prestige" -- that is what we got. She was able to take all of our ideas and turn them into reality. I was surprised and pleased that the work crew was neat, clean and totally professional. We could not be happier with the final results -- an amazing master bathroom. I would highly recommend Prestige and the designer, Megan.

Working with Jessica at Prestige was an awesome experience. Her eye for design and understanding of the construction side made planning and choosing materials a breeze. Jessica created renderings from ideas I ran by her and simply from seeing the rest of our home in person. Her professional drawings, measurements and suggestions of materials were exactly what I had envisioned for our two bathrooms we remodeled, and having her designs as jumping off points made the choices and finalizing of plans so much easier than just doing it myself. Jessica’s contractors do impeccable work. They are respectful, open to communication, on time, reliable, and tidy. We love our two bathrooms! They turned out beautifully. Jessica communicates readily as well and is always available to trouble shoot and figure out anything that comes up along the way during the project. She can be reached easily and handles any issues that come up promptly.

We LOVED working with Prestige! I found them on line and by driving past their showroom. I was a little concerned about working with them because I hadn’t heard of anyone in my neighborhood using them. We looked at 4 different options for remodeling our Master Bath and chose Prestige. Everyone at Prestige was a pleasure to work with. Alex was the first person we met and was so good at listening to what we wanted to do. He asked questions, made recommendations and was so excellent at following up without being obnoxious. Lindsay designed our space. She was so good at incorporating some of the components we wanted to keep and still made the space beautiful. She is amazing at designing and stayed close the progress throughout the project. We spent time with Lindsay and Alex in the showroom and had the entire space designed and all the components picked out in about 2 hours! Then the pandemic got really bad…. Alex was great at understanding and waiting until we were comfortable moving forward. I was so appreciative of his follow up and trust in us. When we finally started the project, Jakob and his crew were AMAZING! Everyone was on time and incredibly efficient. The crew is truly talented and their attention to details was incredible. I highly recommend everyone we worked with at Prestige.

We hired Prestige to do a full remodel of our kitchen. Our designer, Jessica, was fantastic! She guided us through the entire process and was extremely helpful answering all of our questions and making sure the project went smoothly. Super easy to talk with about our vision and she was great at following up. I also can not say enough about Merik, the one man crew who did it all. From demo to install to fabricating on the fly, this guy was impressive. Great attention to detail and fun personality to have working in your house. We love our new kitchen!! Jessica and Merik made it happen and we highly recommend both of them and the Prestige team.

Prestige remodeled our entire kitchen and family room. Lindsay's design was outstanding and just what we were looking for. She was wonderful to work with, and very open to our suggestions. All the work was completed on schedule, and the craftmanship was excellent. Carpentry, drywall, tile work, electrical and pluming was all second to none. The workers were a great bunch of guys that we enjoyed having around. We feel their price was fair and competitive and there was no last minute extra costs. I had my bathroom remodeled by another company three years ago but it was a major disappointment. We had problems almost immediately and had trouble working with them after they finished the job. After six months of hassling with them I gave up. Then recently my sister referred me to Prestige Kitchen and Bath which was like working with professionals versus amateurs. Ron, the owner, came out personally to assess the bathroom and came up with a plan that was economical and would bring the bathroom up to our original specs with a few added ideas that were just terrific. Meanwhile Ron pointed out shortcomings that existed, some we did not even realize. The work crew led by Jacob came in and corrected the original job and added the new details. They were prompt and professional. The contract work done by Prestige was very satisfying, in fact working with them was something I would recommend to anyone looking for excellent quality work, good prices and they stand behind their whole installation. Recently had my bathroom totally remodeled and after doing research I chose Prestige Kitchen and Bath. I worked with Jessica on this project and I was very impressed witn her knowledge as well as her eye for detail. As many I'm sure have discovered a lot of people are doing remodeling during this awful pandemic. Their crew was very busy but when on the job their focus was making sure you were happy with what was being done. I am thoroughly pleased with the finished product and would recommend Prestige if you are looking for professional work and knowledge.

Being impressed with Lindsay, as our designer/lead, and the rest of the Prestige crew is saying the least. They did an outstanding job all around, and any change/addition we asked for was met with a "no problem" ( not "well that will cost you..). For the incredible quality of work they did, we felt money was well spent - with no surprises. We can't say enough about how much we love our new bathroom. Lindsay did an incredible job figuring out what we wanted even when we were over-whelmed with all the choices. We loved her ability to make changes to the design so rapidly. Lindsay was an exceptional helpful in making recommendations on items we decided to order on our own (lights, mirrors, etc). They gave us a budget for all the plumbing fixture and sent us to this great company with just way too many options to choose from (they were so helpful too). Not everything well smoothly, there were a couple of bumps in the road, But they were met head on with an attitude of "what will make you happy" and that's exactly what they did. We highly recommend Prestige and Lindsay for any remodeling work. We plan on using them again on our next project. Just wish we had found them when we remodeled out kitchen.

I cannot say enough about how completely satisfied we were with Prestige and our designer, Lindsay Dingmann. The quality of workmanship and materials were beyond our expectations. Jakob and his crew were reliable, skilled, and professional. Lindsay was so responsive to our expectations for the job, and really went above and beyond in trying to design a bathroom that reflected my taste. Her input was incredibly helpful. I really appreciated the fact that she truly wanted us to be happy with the end product, and made suggestions along the way that reflected that desire. She obviously loves what she does but also loves blessing her customers with a truly wonderful design that they can really enjoy. Any future projects will definitely include her. She has impeccable taste and more importantly an attitude that puts the customer's needs first.

Prestige Kitchen and Bath completely redid our master Bath and powder rooms. Pretty much down to the studs. Both rooms were pretty much original in a 70 year old house. What a transformation!! Joyce, their designer, helped us come up with two really nice looking rooms. Suggesting nice Plumbing fixtures and Cabinetry. Jakub, the head of the crew that did the work and the guys in the crew were true craftsman. And no 'unforeseen delays'. We'll be redoing our kitchen. When we do, we'll be calling Prestige.

We recently had our kitchen remodeled with Lindsay at Prestige Kitchen and Bath, who was a joy to work with. Her expertise was so valuable, and she was always available for any questions/concerns we had. We hired Prestige to remodel the bathroom. Lindsay and Ron are great at helping pick out colors for the shower and bathroom floor. Our shower and floor have been wonderful. They put some outlets in for a new bathroom fan and light (which we love) and did some spackling around the outlets. The bathroom fan and lights are very nice, and the fan runs quietly. The only thing is they didn't paint the bathroom walls which we thought was included in the installation, so we can still see paint spots around the outlet and other areas. Crayford Plumbing helped us pick out the plumbing fixtures. We are very happy with the plumbing also. There's good shower pressure, and the nozzle is removable with different adjustable sprays. Overall, I would give them 5 stars because they went beyond our expectations for the shower, bathroom light, fan, and floor we had installed.

I am currently working with Lindsay to design and remodel my 10x10 kitchen She and her staff( Miro )”have been amazing to work with the worksite is always clean and the cabinet install was seamless we chose the Forever-mark shaker line and I’m in love. I know what I like— but am terrible with design concepts. Lindsay was my go -to when it was time to pick flooring and back splash. She let me be “picky” until I loved what I chose. Doing a kitchen on a budget is not easy but Prestige makes this possible. We used our existing newer stainless steel appliances which Miro removed and re installed seamlessly. As for a project timeline the project started on time and appears to be ending on time as agreed to They say the kitchen is the heart of the home well mine finally feels as if it will be just that! We were fortunate enough to have work with Prestige Kitchen and Bath to update our master bathroom. Our experience with Ron, Lindsay and Mike exceeded our expectation. They paid attention to detail and were very responsive to our questions and concerns along the way. Our master bathroom looks amazing and having a wonderful and professional crew made our first renovation a positive experience. We would highly recommend Prestige team and we will definitely use them for future renovations.

I first met Ron and Lindsay in 2019 when we hired Prestige to do a small cabinet project in our dining room. It turned out fabulous, so we hired them again in 2020 when we made the decision to update a bathroom. What I like most about Lindsay is how she treats your project as if it were her a project for her own home. For example, when choosing paint colors and the vanity countertop, she went back and forth between many samples, narrowing it down to a few, and then continuing to evaluate the choices over and over until we were all comfortable with the final selection. She didn’t “force” any of her choices on us, instead, she worked with us and considered our opinions and wishes. She has a great eye for color and design and we are so happy with how the tile, vanity, paint color and finishes resulted in a polished look. Chris, who did the tile work, went above and beyond with the shower wall tile. He took the time to line up the veining creating an uninterrupted, natural look. Jakub also did an amazing job. With the custom upper cabinets, he found a way to garner some extra space that was not foreseeable until the project began. We appreciated that he made suggestions, again, as if it were his own home. No matter what company you partner with, we have found all home improvement projects, even with careful upfront planning, encounter some issues. What we like about the Prestige team is how they handle issues (there were very few). Instead of making excuses or placing blame, they worked to find solutions, and in the end, that is what we value. We highly recommend Lindsay and her team and will hire them again for future projects. They are fun to work with!

Our kitchen remodel was our second project with Prestige and again we could not have been happier with the process and final product! We worked with Lindsay who had excellent communication at all times. Lindsay and Prestige was very collaborative with design ideas which made the process fun for us! We absolutely love the coffee bar that was added to our kitchen through this remodel. All contractors for this project were extremely neat and always on-time. We had Prestige gut our hallway bathroom, and we couldn't have been happier with the outcome! Lindsay was absolutely fabulous to work with from beginning to end. She gave me her opinions/suggestions when I was indecisive (and even when I wasn't!), answered all of my texts/questions in a timely manner and was good at communicating with the contractors and foreman. She was so easy to work with - felt like I knew her forever. Each contractor was top-notch, did an impeccable/professional job and was so attentive to keeping the rest of our home clean of dirt and construction dust (put protection on our wood floor and carpeting and kept the door closed when gutting the room or when any particles, etc. would be flying around). The only negative is that there could have been more communication regarding scheduling. We were basically told how long each part of the project would take, and at the outset, was given a sketchy timeline as far as what days the contractor(s) would be at our house. Although, as we all know, construction doesn't necessarily go by a "schedule". Therefore, a day-to-day phone call/text from the foreman would be been appreciated if the job was falling behind schedule or a contractor wouldn't be coming over as planned. I highly recommend hiring Prestige. We will using their services for another bathroom in our home once the "dust settles" on this project.

Prestige Kitchen and Bath brought our 2.5 bathrooms into the fresh look of the 21st century! It was out with the pink and yellow tiles and fixtures and in with lovely Amish built cabinets with quartz countertops, white fixtures and a walk-in shower! Moving a wall enabled one bathroom to include a double vanity. Moving a doorway allowed the second full bath to join the master bedroom. Everything was skillfully finished and a recommended painter put on the finishing touches! The reliability of the workers led by Jakob made it a pleasure to welcome them each day. The overall project was completed on time and within budget. Highly recommended!

We are happy that we decided to work with Prestige to update our kitchen by replacing our countertops, sink, faucet and backsplash. I had a great initial phone call from Ron, the owner, who was friendly and informative. After that, we worked with consultant, Joyce, who was amazing! She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very responsive. She helped us pick out great products and then really went above and beyond when the project hit a few snags as home improvement often does. The workmen were prompt and professional.

We had a wonderful experience remodeling two bathrooms in our newly purchased home. Jessica, Jakub, Chris, and the plumber whose name I cannot recall; were all fantastic to work with. They were accommodating and flexible with the timeline which was a huge help for us. I will definitely be coming back when it is time to do the kitchen! I haven't had a chance to take photos of the second bathroom, but you can see the before and after photos of one of the bathrooms. We are so in love with the way it all turned out!

During the renovations, he communicated with us daily, providing updates and stopping by to provide instruction and review his team's work each day. The workers were amazing! Very friendly, promptly arrived and stayed the full day to get the job as far along as possible and they were extremely clean. The job site and the surrounding areas of my home were cleaned each day. We felt like our project was their number one priority from start to finish. Each team member of the Prestige family put their best foot forward to ensure we had a great experience and a beautiful bathroom. Jane and Jakub completed the project under the time frame promised. Never did I feel the quality of work was impacted to hit that deadline...but was grateful it was a priority to make sure we still completed in the time frame we discussed. We hired Prestige in the spring of 2019 to remodel two original bathrooms in our 50 year old home. We got four quotes from different contractors and Prestige was in the middle-high side of the four. We chose Prestige because they were very responsive, we liked their design ideas, and they were willing to work within the permit system of the village we live in. Two other contractors implicated that they would prefer to do the work outside of the permit system. I wasn't willing to do that. Joyce was our rep at Prestige. She listened to our ideas and needs and had several great additions that we hadn't considered. We had the plan in place to begin late spring but scheduling problems with summer plans on our end prevented the work from commencing. Prestige was very flexible with our schedule and were ready to go when our personal schedule allowed. Once the work began things went very smoothly. Prestige was here when they said they would be. While they weren't here every single day (we weren't their only job), I never felt like we were left behind. The entire job, once started, took about six weeks. The main contractor Jakob was very responsive with questions and kept us informed of what would happen when. It almost always happened when he said it would. Joyce also kept an eye on everything and was our main point of contact through the process. She checked in regularly either by phone or in person and any questions or concerns we brought up were addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. In any project there are unanticipated problems and this one was no exception. Prestige identified a roof leak we weren't aware of. A couple of phone calls and a few hundred dollars later the problem was fixed by Prestige the same day. We also ran into problems with the building inspections and some parts that didn't arrive when promised from the plumbing supply dealer. We ended up requiring some additional electrical work to satisfy the village permit process that Prestige was able to accomplish for us easily. Once the final parts arrived, they were here within a day to finish up the final details of the job. To the best of my knowledge all of the workers used by Prestige are employed by them full time. I'm not a trades-men but I am a reasonably handy homeowner and know how to recognize quality work when I see it. These guys did a great job and they never cut corners. The quality of the work was top-notch and they were very respectful of our house. They did a good job of cleaning up the work site at the end of each day. Construction in the NW suburbs of Chicago is expensive and this job was no exception. However, I feel like I got good value for my money and the work was quality. I would recommend Prestige without question.

I needed a walk-in shower to serve me now and in the future. Ron, the owner, reviewed my needs and wishes and designed a shower that met all my requirements. The workmen were professional and I came to trust them to the extent that, when I was in the hospital and rehab during the final three weeks of the project, I felt comfortable in giving them the garage code so they could complete their work. I returned home to a beautiful shower that exceeded my expectations.

Working with Ron and Jacob was fabulous. I now have the bathroom of my dreams! It is even better than I could have imagined. The team was great, very professional.

What a great company to work with! We were looking to do a light remodel on an existing Hall Bath and a more extensive remodel on a Master Bath. We looked into a few local companies and settled on Prestige. Ron connected us with Jessica, our designer, and she quickly came out to review the project. Jessica is fantastic!! She is a great listener to the client's wishes but yet suggests wonderful ideas that make you think about things differently! We started with the Hall Bath first wanting a design style which would be fitting for our teen sons - masculine but timeless. After the Hall Bath was completed, we moved to the Master Bath which was original to the house, so in need of some TLC. For the Master Bath, we wanted a classic clean style opening up the entire space. What a fantastic transformation! We are so pleased with both Baths! As for the process, Prestige was VERY accommodating with our schedules and were conscientious of our home. Our designer, Jessica, stayed involved throughout the process which was very reassuring. She checked in daily and was always available for any questions or assistance. I would highly recommend Prestige and Jessica to anyone who might be looking to update a bathroom. Love them!

The job was handled superbly from the very beginning with my initial contact with designer Jane through the final last minute touches. I cant adequately endorse them enough. I had a great experience with Prestige Kitchen snd bath from the very beginning to the very end of my project! I highly recommend Ron Smith and his Projrct Manager Jakub for their exceptional work on my tub to shower conversion. Ron Smith is a friendly, knowledgeable businessman who has integrity and a wide range of products in his showroom for selection. Ron is reasonable in price and competitive in his selection of products for kitchen and bath. Jakub, his Project Msnager, was on time and expert in managing the team that worked on my project. This included a tile person, a plumber, a granite installer, and even an electrician who came within short notice when Jakub contacted him to solve an electrical issue I had that was unrelated to the tub conversion. When I needed repair of my sink, Jakub even sent the plumber to get the job done. And if the need arose, he worked side by side with the team. All The team of workers were very clean as they worked and respectful of my home furnishings. The follow up and attention to detail are aspects of my home project that is appreciated and noted. I had a tub to shower conversion as well as a new bathroom floor put in. The shower walls are tiled and I have a built in seat. There was some old ugly tile removed from my bathroom walls. Then they finished and painted the walls. All of the workers were very skilled and professional. They worked long hours so that they could get the job finished. The end result...beautiful !!!

From 1977 Custom Avocado to 2019 Master Bath remodel. The Prestige Team is truly amazing with their detail, design and workmanship. Hard to beat their quality and care throughout the process.

I would highly recommend Prestige Kitchen and Bath. Ron Smith and his staff were so easy to work with. Their suggestions were so helpful. The crew that came were great. They were always there when they said they would. They were hard workers and their work was great. I was able to stay in the budget I had planned on. I ended up with the dream kitchen that I always wanted.

We had a wonderful experience with Prestige. We had our master bathroom and hallway bathroom remodeled this past Jan-Feb. Our designer Megan was so great helping us pick our design and the construction crew guys were great. The quote/cost was roughly in the ballpark we were expecting. I was in my third trimester of pregnancy during all this and they were very understanding, especially when we had to postpone work for a week due to baby coming early. We couldn't be happier.

We are in LOVE with our bathroom!!! Everyone did such an excellent job and were all so accommodating and easy to work with. Highly recommend this company!

The entire team at Prestige was awesome to work with. Ron made us feel comfortable right from the start. We've lived in our current house for 3 years and the hallway bathroom was the first project that we decided to go with a different contractor. My wife and I were a little apprehensive since we relied on our research versus getting a referral. Jacob, Kris, & Lukas were professional. super clean, and did an outstanding job!!

We are comparison shoppers and we met with 4 prospective remodelers. The bottom line is that, all things considered, Prestige was the most straightforward and the best value of the ones we consulted. When the work was done, we were NOT disappointed. Although the owner Ron Smith, project manager Jacob, and the tradesmen we're all helpful and accommodating, most of the credit for the success of this project goes to our Designer, Lindsay Dingmann. Lindsay not only presented us with a beautifully computer-generated design, but also guided us through the remodel and very caringly coordinated all aspects of the work until it was completed, on time and on budget. We were very pleased and strongly recommend that you consult with Lindsay for your remodel as well as the rest of the staff. I am updating my Review today 6/4/19, 11 months after my original review to share another pleasant experience with Prestige. I recently had a complex electrical problem in another room and called the Prestige Owner Ron Smith. He promptly hooked me up with his Electrician and Project Manager, and they solved the problem quickly for a very fair price. This continues to be a good company that services its clients well, regardless of the size of the task or how long its been since you last utilized them.

Ron Smith and his team remodeled all 3 bathrooms and laundry room in my house. It was a real pleasure working with them! Staring from estimate (accurate with multiple tips on how to organize and plan the whole project), to choosing materials, colors, cabinets etc (showroom was very helpful - filled with high quality material and expert help of designers) to actual work (highly professional, talented workers). All work was done in timely manner with daily updates from project manager. Special thanks to project manager Jakub, who handled all my worries and concerns with confidence, professionalism and humor. I LOVE the work that was done in my house and will definitely use the company again for any remodeling in the future.

I love my new bathroom! The owner, Ron Smith, was a pleasure to work with. He promptly provided estimate for my Master Bath and gave me a very reasonable price. Actually, he price was several thousand dollars less than my other quotes. I liked that he has a showroom so that I can select everything in one location. I had started to visit different stores for tile, cabinets & bath fixtures and quickly realized that this was a daunting task for me to remember what I liked and where it was located. Prestige Kitchen and Bath has a showroom that offers high end products as well as value priced products. In addition, if you want something specific, Ron allows you to select and purchase whatever you want. He has design consultants available to help with your selections too. Jacob was my project manager. He was very thorough and constantly monitored the work. I believe that he came by every day that I had workers in my home. He accommodated a few last minutes changes for me and helped me even when my garbage disposal in my kitchen started to leak! He was always helpful and professional and did his best to ensure that I was happy. All of the workers who came to my home for the various jobs were courteous and professional. They worked hard and were able to answer any questions that I had. The quality of the work was great and they did it at a reasonable price. I am very pleased with the work completed and plan to have my second bath done in a couple of months.

Lindsay came up with a great design that incorporated everything we wanted. Ron Smith is a skilled residential contractor and reputable businessman with many years experience in kitchen and bath remodeling. I have had the pleasure of working with Ron on four renovations in two houses. His company totally renovated two kitchens and two bathrooms for me. Ron always had a great rapport with me, and kept me updated as to the progression of work being done. He was flexible and/or open to suggestions when I might have occasional changes to the original plans. The quality of the finished projects was excellent. Without hesitation, I would use Prestige Kitchen and Bath in future projects.

We have used Prestige Kitchen and Bath for a bathroom remodeling project this past summer and returned to Prestige for new flooring and carpeting this past month. We are extremely satisfied with both projects! Ron Smith was extremely helpful in offering design options available at the price that we could afford. The showroom is a great place to see all of the options that are available. Jacob was the project manager for both projects and was a joy to work with. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. I would definitely return to Prestige for any future redesign projects!

We had received multiple estimates when we first were thinking of remodeling our bathroom. Prestige was not the highest nor the cheapest but I must say we are very happy that we went with them. Ron was easy to work with, upfront and fair. Jacob and his crew were awesome! You could tell they took pride in what they did.
