Installation of New Combi Boiler We recently had Matt Grange and his team fit a new Worcester-Bosch combi boiler to replace our 17 year old system. Matt came to assess what was required and provided us with some excellent advice that was subsequently followed by a very competitive quotation for the works. The installation was carried out by Chris on the agreed date and to a very high standard. Maria in the office was very helpful at all times. I fully recommend Matt and his team to do an excellent and professional job.

THE BEST Matt Grange installed my new boiler/heating around 2 years ago and I have a service contract with them which is good value for money. My oven recently broke down and I found that Matt also did gas oven and hob installations. From start to finish this was carried out professionally with expertise and very little mess. Ceri who has been to my home before is great and the customer service provided by Maria in the office is second to none. Good job, well done. Matt Grange Gas & Oil heating Services replaced five radiators for me. Saffron and Chris did a great job and were pleasant industrious and professional. Saffron discussed all aspects of the installation with me, on arrival, and confirmed I was happy with the layout before they started. The work was finished in a day with all packaging and waste removed. The floors were hoovered, leaving the house neat and tidy. The system was fully tested and operational. I should have no hesitation in recommending this Company.

Boiler Service & Repair I suspected that there was a problem with my boiler and began researching who to use. I found the Matt Grange website to be very straightforward, and easy to navigate and the fact that they were a local firm was positive. I was able to book a service easily with the efficient office member within a few days. The engineer arrived and explained fully what he was going to do and gave me an idea of what the fault may be. He was efficient and tidy and also gave me information regarding a service policy that was available but didn't push it at all. He finished the service and identified the fault, he quickly sorted out the cost of repair and that it could be carried out the following day, but again he did not push me to decide. I decided to go ahead and the following day different engineer arrived and carried out the repair quickly and tidily. very good service and I will also be signing up for one of the service policies too.

Always excellent work and ready advice This was the second boiler which Matt Grange has installed for us, this time in a newly refurbished apartment. As before the work was professionally carried out with the minimum of disruption despite a confined working area and with a large amount of new piping and ducting. But quite apart from his installations what we appreciate is the excellent communication with Matt if a problem arises. He always gives good advice and, if a visit is needed it is always arranged quickly.

Excellent work again Matt and his team have been servicing my gas boiler for 4 years and I called them out first thing Wednesday because the boiler had stopped working. Not expecting any visit before Thursday I was delighted when Matt called to say Sam was on his way. After a 10 minute visit, Sam fixed the problem (an air lock) quickly an efficiently. It would have been easy, given my ignorance, to have claimed that some part had failed but he was completely honest and simply fixed it within the call-out charge. This is a company that you completely trust.

New Boiler fitted in new location. Gas fire serviced The company was recommended to me by a neighbour who had employed them to fit a new boiler. The team arrived promptly as scheduled, were polite and efficient, completing the job in the allotted time. Maria in the office was a friendly and efficient responder during communication. The engineers returned to tweak the radiators as a couple were slow to heat up. Excellent professional service. Ceri serviced the inset fire which has never worked with a more even flame. Very satisfied with all aspects of the service provided by the company. Will not use anyone else in future. I thoroughly recommend the company.

Always Excellent Matt has done our (and our Daughters) work since he began his own business in 2009. He is an excellent tradesman and a great lad, with a superb team of people working for him. They are always hard working, meticulous in what they do, friendly and knowledgeable (including the apprentices) Without a doubt Matt and his team are second to none in terms of professionalism and customer care. I would not trust or employ anyone else with my technical work and he deserves his success.
