The amount of money and time saved was insane, the quote on my headgasket change and resurfacing was *significantly* cheaper than all the other shops. Not only did they fix all my problems same day, but sent photos and feedback making sure I had a choice in what was going on! Instead of changing parts unnecessarily they let me know my coolant blower was still in working condition despite us Originally thinking it was bad. Knowing that they gave me a choice to change it or not, instead of doing it anyways and charging me, was such a wild difference to any other shop I went to. The mechanic also did a bunch of extra little checks and adjustments without additional charge, I *highly* recommend this shop and Will go here again next time!

So far so good. I took my car to 3 different shops and paid alot of money for them to NOT fix my car and still had the same issue with the check engine light on and the cluncking sound upon a cold startup. Turned out it was my head gasket but it had damaged my engine already. I took it to PK prius and Josh fixed my car and it didn't take forever and he did it for less than half the price anyone else would've done it for. Also his work comes with a warranty and he has excellent customer service. Keep up the good work Josh! If I know anyone with a Prius or hybrid I would definitely recommend him.

My local mechanic told me a needed a new Prius battery. He gave me a very high quote. I was suspicious that he wasn't sure about this considering his specialty is not hybrids. I was in contact with PK Prius repair who responded immediately when I reached out. They give me a quote for $1,000 less. I had AAA tow my car about 150 mi so that PK Prius repair could help me out. When my car arrived and was inspected it was found that the problem wasn't with the Prius battery at all! I'm so happy they were able to help me. They saved me thousands of dollars. I definitely recommend this family-owned business. They are very honest even when it takes work away from them. You don't find that very often nowadays so I'll definitely be returning with my other Prius needs.
