Excellent service from start to finish, quick response time to queries and delivery was super prompt. Well packaged skylight and looked great quality, I had to return it due to being the wrong type for my roof situation (it was to replace an existing window) and even the return process was excellent and super helpful.

Fantastic service so far, placed my order Sunday 6th February delivered today 11th and all for a shipping charge of £130.00. I’ve been kept well informed of my order progress… the delivery driver called because there was no one at home. I arrived home to find 2no well protected well crated roof-lights carefully and thoughtfully unloaded in my driveway. Next update when I unpack and fit the roof- lights.

It took me a while to decide who to by my skylights from and after speaking to many different company Saris-extensions made the decision easy. Customer service was great, ordering process was easy and the delivery guys were really helpful. The skylights come well protected, easy fitting instructions and now they are in, they look great. I order a roof light last week, was delivered the next day in a secure pallet. The pallet made it so much easier and safer to get the unit onto the roof. So simple to install and really does look good from inside and outside. Amazing value for money. I highly recommend this company and I will 100% be using these roof lights on future projects.

I was at first a little unsure about placing my order after doing a few checks. I contacted 2 previous buyers who had left reviews through Facebook. Once I was assured I made my purchase. The whole process was so simple (as it should be) I had almost instant communication from Saris when I asked a question and was also kept up to date on my order. My 2 very large skylights were delivered as promised 4 days later. The quality of the skylights is fantastic, they look very well made, damm they are also very heavy.
