I live in Shelburne Vermont. Dave replaced my 26 year old roof. he promptly came and gave a fair quote to do the project. Dave contacted me when he had a crew ready to do the roof replacement. Within days he had material shipped. When he reviewed the material delivery he noticed that the drip edge delivered was not what we had agreed on. He returned the material and brought back the correct product. The following day his crew came began the work, removing all shingles , paper, flashing and covered the entire roof with new paper and ice and water shield. They even started the new roof shingles and cleaned up most of the old material. the following day they finished the roof. I have spent my entire work career in the construction business but I have never seen a crew work so fast and efficiently in my life. During the construction the crew found where there was a leak around a roof vent. They replaced the plywood at no extra cost. Also my chimney vent came apart. His workers were consistently helpful, professional and thorough during the six weeks they were on the job. When they discovered some additional issues with the roof, David offered to fix the problem with no fuss and at minimal extra cost. When we were hit by a snowstorm, David turned up on a Sunday afternoon with his snowblower to help us clear the drive ready for Monday morning.
