Ridge Valley replaced my roof in 2024. TWith an HOA that was challenging to work with and supply chain issues - Ridge Valley handled it all. It has been 2 years and I am still seeing the quality and value in their work. They were communicative about each phase and when there were things that needed clarification - it was easy to speak with someone. During a time frame when housing values are decreasing and homeowners insurance is increasing - it is my new roof that is allowing me to maintain my rates. The siding and gutter work was good, and made an old, un-level house look level. Worked primarily with Dalton - he was very responsive, easy to work with, and did a great job coordinating everything from start to finish. His communication made the process easy.

I wanted to leave a review because I was really impressed with Ethan. He came out to look at my roof and took his time explaining everything clearly. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. What stood out most was that he didn’t rush or pressure me—he genuinely wanted to make sure I understood my options.
