Had a bolt fly off a flatbed truck straight into my windshield, which necessitated replacement. I made the rounds, called a number of places, and had decided to go with "the big guys" when Auto Glass Atlanta responded to my request for a quote. Not only were they the most affordable option around, but their rep Ivan was quick, professional, and extremely experienced. 5/5 stars. I would absolutely trust friends and family to this business.

Quick response to my inquiry. I was very pleased with the price and how quickly they could replace my windshield. Ivan (the installer) called when he was on his way and just an hour within the 4 hour window. Ivan did a great job and was very friendly/professional. Highly recommend.

I requested a quote yesterday morning after Safelite tried, and failed, to get a replacement windshield in after 10 days. Received the quote within 30 minutes and scheduled the service. Just over 24 hours later and I have a new windshield, and saved money vs what Safelite was going to charge! Great service, great value! Thank you!

Requested a quote off their website and received that quote very quickly. Called and made an appointment for the very next day. As promised, the tech called when he was about 15 minutes away. Looked at my windshield said it would be about 45 minutes and I think he was done in just over 30. I have to park in a parking structure at work and that was not an issue. Tech drove a small pick up truck. This was by far the easiest windshield replacement I've dealt with and I've had 4 on this car. I HIGHLY recommend Auto Glass Atlanta!

Easiest windshield repair I've ever had the pleasure of getting. Emailed them for a quote and they replied within a few minutes. I called them and made the appointment within a few minutes. They came out to me the next morning, did the repair, I paid, and they left. All within an hour. Can't beat that. Best prices, premium work, try these guys out.

I thought I would write a review because I rely on yelp ratings and reviews from other yelpers to help me find businesses of good quality and services. I called on the phone and was given a quote within five minutes. The estimate even included taxes in the price. I had an appointment within a couple of days. The two installers came to my place and were done installing the windshield in less than 45 minutes. You pay the installers after the work is done, and they take cash or credit. After everything was done, they gave me clear instructions on how to care for the windshield for the next day or so. It's been a couple weeks since they installed the new windshield and it is still good as new. You can't even tell that the windshield was ever replaced, my rearview mirror was even in the same position that I left it. (2006 VW GTI)

I decided to get a few quotes before deciding on Auto Glass Atlanta. They came to my home, which was a huge time-saver. I am very pleased with the work done. Here are the highlights: #1 - I received a very prompt quote via email. I requested in on Sunday late-afternoon and received it 1st thing on Monday morning. I definitely appreciated this! #2 - On the day the technician was to come, I received a call to say he was having trouble with his truck. They were trying to reschedule for the next day. Since I was leaving the next day for my long drive, I explained the urgency. The guy I spoke to decided to make my job a priority and dispatched another technician. I love service like this! #3 - When the two technicians arrived, they told me how long it would take (45 minutes). They were complete a few minutes before that time. When they told me the cost, it was exactly what I was quoted. They provided me instructions for the next two days and they were on their way. I enjoyed the efficiency of this transaction! Just had a great experience with these guys! After Safelite quoted me $300+ for a windshield replacement, I decided to do a little price shopping. I'm glad I did, because Auto Glass quoted me at $195. And they replaced it at my office while I was at work - no extra charge! Apparently they do all their work on-location, which is pretty cool! I work in Roswell - about 20 minutes from their Ashford-Dunwoody HQ - but there was zero hesitation when I told them where I needed the service to be done. The day of my appointment, I was nervous they wouldn't show, since it had been raining all morning. But Justin showed up on time and had my new windshield installed in 30 minutes! Their payment system was also super easy. They called me after the service was complete, and I gave them my credit card number over the phone. Then they sent a receipt to my email, which I was able to e-sign using my iPhone. Too cool. Also, I had forgotten to tip Justin in person, so I asked the guy on the phone to add a $10 tip - which he did, no problem. I will definitely be using these guys again, if my car ever needs glass repair in the future!
