Perfect location, can walk everywhere, especially enjoyed the 5 minute stroll to the beach. Tasty restaurants on every block, fresh fruits and vegetables so delicious! Each room in the condo was well lit with natural light. The beds/bedding were comfortable. The water in the sink/shower never got hot. Would have been nice to have a blender and tea kettle in the kitchen. Juan, our NuHome agent was quick to solve any questions we had. The security personnel were friendly and helpful. The roof top pool area provided a 360 panoramic view of the town and bay. However, the ceramic tiles in the pool were very slippery with wet feet. Would love to stay again.

Cathy is great, she new the area the developers and builders and provided us invaluable information while listening to what we were looking for. She has followed up with developer , sent videos of progress on our purchase while we are not in the area to follow up ourselves. She is very responsive I highly recommend her if you are looking to purchase in the Bucerias and surrounding areas!
