Their ad made no mention of body work but I called them anyway. Right away Dontrell, told me they can fix my bumper and they try to find a gently used one to save me money. He found my bumper and told me how much it would cost unpainted. Because I was a little nervous about this he pulled one on the computer so I could see what it would look like. I’m thinking it’s gonna give Marcus a sporty look, I’m perfectly fine with this AND the money I’m saving. In the end, it cost me less than half of what the first estimate was. Those guys didn’t offer me the option of a used bumper or fore going the paint job to save money. Not to mention AutoStream also has financing, which didn’t need after all. I’m very pleased with the work and the speedy service, in and out the same day. And let me not forget to mention, I got a complimentary Uber from and back to the shop rather than seeing there all day. I have nothing but good things to say about the guys there. It was the friendliest, most considerate customer service I’ve had in a long time.

11/10/2025 Called in to express my worries and confusion about my vehicle’s operating system. Service Advisor Dontrell (sp) was very informative about what could be causing the issue and stated that my car would be resolved by the end of the day. My truck was there for several hours, but of course, the warning light didn’t appear on the dashboard as it had prior to drop-off. When I picked up the vehicle and began speaking with Technician Tito, the dashboard lights came on again. They kept the truck and sent me home in an Uber. The next day, my favorite mechanic Tito exhausted all options trying to determine the cause of the random battery and brake light flashing. The diagnostic codes didn’t match the visual inspection, and once again, no warning lights appeared while it was hooked up to the machine. Their effort to problem-solve was top-tier. I’ve never had an issue with booking, getting expert advice, or fair pricing. Keep it up, guys — I highly recommend the Randallstown location!

The staff were overall amazing! Very knowledgable in their craft and actually care about it. I got there late (about 30 min. before close) and they were quick and kind about it. While the technician was servicing my car I got to hear the staff's conversations while they waited to go home. One man was feeling down about a misdiagnosis and the whole team had words of encouragement for him. They then collaborated a plan of action for the following day and made some jokes to help lighten the air. I love the energy and spirit of not only the staff but the customers I interacted with! I received the flyer in the mail. I needed an alternator and an auto care center that accepted Endurance extended warranty. I called and spoke with Aaron Hawkins, Service Director, and he told me to bring my vehicle in. Not only did they replace the alternator but also did a courtesy check. My vehicle was in the shop for less than 24 hours. They requested an Uber to take me home and pick me up the next day. Everything about AutoStream Car Care Center is excellent!

They also have an online portal to track your service with recommendations, photos, and quotes in real time as they work on your car. Transparent and easy to follow. Was referred to this place by my local auto service center who couldn't perform a four wheel alignment which was causing uneven tire wear. I burned through one new set of tires in February of this year because of mal-alignment that was not noticeable to me when I drove the car. They got me in, diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the part, and performed the necessary repair. They kept me abreast of the timeline to completion and had my car ready by late afternoon. I can now get on the road again without the worry of burning through a second set of new tires in less than a year. I can fire up Willie Nelson's "On The Road Again" with confidence!

I called this morning for an appt with a short turn around time. I had experienced an issue with my car over the weekend and it needed to be serviced. Stu Schmidt was my service advisor. He was very polite and professional. He was clear about what needed to be done and not at all pushy. I appreciated that he kept me in the loop about my service. I wasn't left wondering. The team got my car completed well ahead of schedule, for which I was grateful. Stu even helped by putting my key back on the ring. It's the little things. A nice touch was the citrus scent when I started my car, which I learned was the antimicrobial drops placed on the filter. Top tier service and right on time. Especially considering that I couldn't even get a person on the line at Carmax.

Awesome customer service! Stu was patient and thorough when answering my questions, and had exceptional knowledge of the products needed to service my car. He kept me informed of the progress and made valued suggestions when alternatives were available. I plan to use AutoStream for all future auto service and am recommending them to family and friends.

My check engine light was on so I took the vehicle to AutoStream. They diagnosed the problem and found a existing repair policy that saved me $700. The bad news was the coordination for payment from the policy carrier was so bad it required me to intervene and leave my vehicle at the shop for a entire night. Overall the repair was great and the identification of the policy was greatly appreciated but the execution of payment was poor.

AutoStream is 100%: from Customer Service to Service Delivery, and car evaluation. They really do have you covered. This is my first review. However, I have multiple experiences with AutoStream to compare with other autoshop companies. They are the winner hands down and their service is consistent across their branches. I am a father who cares about the women in my life therefore, if they ever have car issues; I would only send them by themselves to AutoStream. I am a do it yourself type of guy meaning in my younger days I used to get under the car myself doing: Breaks and callipers, Oil change, Sparkplugs and wire. So I do understand what they do and I love how they get it done. Customer interaction is always smooth when you walk in, post analysis of you vehicle is a complete quantifiable report (color coded for you and pictures) with eventual price tags per issue, they also tell you the car's history of service using Carfax. Last but not least; I randomly picked one of the emergent issues and asked Google Gemini as a prompt about the pricing. And the answer confirmed 100% everything my AutoStream representative told me including related part to the issue but that was not necessary to get fix at this time. I am very pleased with their front end to back end service and company. Good luck
