When my order came immediately I sampled every one of the products I ordered with great anticipation. The Tupelo honey has a rich, buttery flavor that is addictive. I liked it the very best because of its smooth texture and scrumptious flavor. I particularly enjoyed the authentic blackberry taste of the blackberry honey. I am rationing it out until I can get a bigger jar. The holly honey had a delectable flavor with strong top notes. The acacia has a nice floral quality that was delicately herbal. Bought their 5pound jar of raw and unfiltered Tupelo honey and it is almost gone but it never crystallized at all… plus, I can take a spoonful and test my sugars later and my readings actually go down… so, that tells me that I am getting the true Tupelo honey!
