Laura was amazing! Helpful, extremely knowledgeable about the area and facts as we drove into Vail, and even kept my three children entertained.

Not a good first impression and I regret not using someone else. Our driver did not greet us until we got outside with our luggage and she had to remove a child car seat and bags for us to even get in the car. Not the experience I expected for the cost. Also the card in the back of the cars she told us to look at for events was for February and it is March 8. Yes, I will accept your offer for a complementary ride back to the airport and I appreciate that because I was going to try to change services today at the front desk. Thank you.

Jose Lopez was our driver with B-Line. He was amazing. He drove us from Denver to Vail in a heavy snow storm. He knew all the back roads to avoid as much of the I-70 log jam. We felt safe and he was pleasant to talk to for the whole journey.
